Coming into Risewell was an experience I would love anyone to feel. Home away from home. The Risewell staff has done a good job from the starting with front desk Alyssa Jackson. Alyssa makes you feel at home. Anything my mom and I need from the front desk is able to help. Honestly her hospitality is at 100% all the time. Her good vibes gets me going. The asst manager Adrian Hernandez one day I could not charge my phone and he went out of his way to get me one. Then one night I was having trouble with my tv and the General Manager Cody Martineau went above and beyond to help me by fixing the issue. That was the cheery on top. I’m telling everyone in my company to come over.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! Really enjoyed the team and all the improvements made at the hotel. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with amazing service, this is it!

Great place, location and staff. Cody is very respectful, gave me a tour of the building showed me where the gym and laundry room was, even where I could walk my service animal. This place will always be my first choice when I'm working in Pleasanton, TX

Cody and Adrian were very professional and courteous. I responding when I arrived Cody was at the front desk asked me if I had a reservation or I'm just walking in so I had a reservation for the time reservation and immediately showed me my room and then also asked me how long I plan to stay then he showed me the upgraded business room and he was very convincing and I took the business room for five more dollars a day. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at and that's a lot coming from me I've been staying in hotels for the past 7 years I'm grateful that I came here.

This hotel had great staff and clean room. Great washing machines also nice kitchen and bathroom. Good WiFi lots of storage takes Apple Pay which is a plus has a fitness room also nice air conditioning after a hot and humid Day I have no complaints.

Front desk is extremely friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The staff is helpful. The exercise room is new and clean. I love the kitchenette in the room. Very helpful when I can cook my own food while I stay and relax. I love the convenience of the market items for purchase.

This place is bad looks like in middle of remodel and just said the hell with it bad stains on walls and furniture and mold in bathroom beds are hard as rocks with some kind of plastic under sheet. Smells weird too no breakfast no coffee maker

The staff is friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and the kitchenettes are about the size of your average apartment. Full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. The hotel also has wifi, a gym, and laundry room. Finally, the hotel is pet friendly. Overall, I have had no issues and have enjoyed my stay here.

The rooms were very clean.The manager Adrian is very nice and respectful.I enjoyed my stay and would go again I recommend staying here if you ever stop by Jourdanton, one of the best experiences in a hotel I ever had. this hotel really deserves more than five stars.
