This stay has set a new low score for my airbnb experience. The shower heads of both toilet are defective where water flow out in all direction, one of it has a recycled plastic wrapper covering the defects which i believed belongs to last customer. The fan remote has no battery and i can't control the speed. The bed in both room were hard where we can feel the spring. There were pots but no induction cooker, but luckily the unit comes with microwave. The location is good where it's near mid valley and there were few coffeeshop at level 1 whose food were good. Worst experience was the operator passes the bank charge to me when refuned the deposit hence i did not get back 100% of the deposit, though it was specified in the t&c but such practise is unfair. I have not come across such operator who enjoy both side of the pie. This is definitely my last booking with this operator.
