I appreciate receptionist Miss Kisha & Mr shahid for making my Birthday trip a memorable one , they help me to change my room from deluxe twin to deluxe King because I had made mistake during my booking. It’s a lovely hotel and friendly staffs.Room was clean and spacious. Lots of shops and eateries and massage place just right downstairs and there’s a weekly Sunday market right beside the hotel. it’s only a 15mins drive away to mid valley Southkey . I would certainly come back and stay here again

I had an excellent one-night stay at the JB Renaissance Hotel, and it was absolutely memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. What stood out the most was the excellent service — every staff member I interacted with was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is definitely family-friendly, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Johor Bahru.

Room was clean spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and good nights rest. Especially appreciate the beds and pillows which were firm and clean. Will recommend and stay again!

Upgraded me to the suite, so I have nothing much to complain about the room except for the bedside wall socket. It has something stuck inside, so it can not be used. But there are many other sockets available so it is not a big issue. The living room floor is marble flooring, so it is very cold when barefooted, so it is better to use the disposable slippers provided. Lots of food nearby so it is easy to settle the meals.

This is probably 4th or 5th time staying at the club room. We like to stay here because the Service and cleanliness is good. The service at the club lounge is good as always. The only inconvenience we had this round was that our room was only ready at 6.30pm 😐.

Food was excellent quality though selection has decreased over time. Aircon could be cooler, couldn't really sleep at night because it was a bit warm. Staff said there's jacuzzi at check in but turned out there was none.

Convenient location with many food options nearby. Will stay here again.

Please switch to automatic doors at the lobby entrance. We do not need those poor guys to open the door for the guests. Greetings from the staff will do to exemplify good service !

Great location and near eating places and night market. Will be great if the TV could be upgraded to smart TV.

The service is good and breakfast there is a lot of choices and is nice too.

Professional, friendly and courteous staff throughout the property and that was the biggest place. The location is decent, lots of F&B in the area and it's close to the highway.

Luxury hotel for relaxing although it is located at the busy area. surrounding a lot of farmers restaurant. quite higher rate hotel in jb town. no much time to spending in hotel hope to visit again, thanks.

Room are clean and spacious. Breakfast are delicious with variety choices.
