Had a very comfortable stay at Ocean Watch, the house itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated and furnished! We had a comfortable room on the top floor with sublime views over the Bays and Ocean. Liked the seating area outside the rooms, enjoyed chatting to other guests here picking up hints and restaurant suggestions for along The Garden Route. Recommend this lovely guest house.

Everybody was so very kind and helpful. We came much to early, already at 11 o'clock. That was no problem. We could move into our room. Our jackets were soaked from the rain. No problem. They went into the dryer. And so it went on and on. Perfect service. Applause and thank you for everything. We well definitely come back!

Guest house was central in Plettenberg, a short walk from the Main Street and 600m downhill to the beach. Breakfast was excellent and we had a room with direct access to a lovely pool. Upstairs had an open lounge area with wonderful views of the bay. Well worth a visit and very friendly staff.

We booked a last minute stay at this beautiful beach front house. The communication was first class and the room we booked was large, spacious with the most amazing ocean view.

We stayed at Ocean Watch guest house for 1 night and we wished we had booked for a week! The room on the top main balcony area was very comfortable and the view of the sweeping bay was just WOW! The guest house has the most beautiful furnishings inside and out. The solar heated splash pool was perfect. Breakfast was also very good. Location to town is walkable but best if you have a car to go to the beach because of the hills. The guesthouse provides beach towels and umbrellas which was a lovely touch. Vanessa and team were very welcoming and helpful. Now we have discovered Ocean Watch we wouldn't stay anywhere else when staying in Plett. We had stayed at a 5 star previously but found this much more comfortable and homely. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at the Ocean Watch, and I have to say everything was just perfect! I see there is a 100 word minimum, but I don't have anything extra to say!!

The house is very nice and the view is fantastic. We booked the 'Colonial' room which supposed to have see view and a patio. But the see view was minimum and the patio can be used by anyone in the house. We paid 191 € which for us (we are frequent travelers) was to high compared to other rooms in the house (friends that stayed with us in the house had the 'Cabine' room and paid 112 € (which is 79 € less than us), which we find a more acceptable price. So we were a bit disappointed.

Such a beautifully decorated guest house! Vanessa is super friendly and showed us round the house at check in. We had a few power issues in the early morning but her lovely team were there to reassure us we could have cooked breakfast. A really nice touch by having petals on our bed for our Honeymoon, thank you! 🩷.

A very lovely and stylish guesthouse located on a hill side with a stunning view down to beach and ocean The location was very clean with a rich breakfast. In the afternoon you can have relaxing time out on the terrace or pool.
