Comfortable, 5 mins from entrance 3 national park, good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, and they have lovely dog called Bobby.

這家酒店美得驚人，可以説很難遇到這麼漂亮的酒店，主人把院子打理得非常精美，到處是草坪、鮮花，而且主人就住在旁邊，可以隨時找她。最好早點到這樣才能欣賞到美麗的院子，另外山路難開，所以最好白天到。另外，16湖的門票可以在網上買，這家酒店離4號入口近，而且從4號門進的話，一定要在網上買票，但是去1號門可以在現場買，而且1號門風景比4號門美。

位置難找，山路十八彎，房間很小，遠不如描述的大，好在衞生不錯。房間是一套房子裏的其中一間，隔音很差。服務嘛，我沒有感受到有什麼服務，沒有服務。但是！室外環境無敵，仿若世外桃源。

屬於民宿類，設施和衞生一般。老闆會負責準備早餐，也給講解了十六湖的推薦路線，離3號門一公里且免費停車很不錯。

不錯的選擇，很好的入住體驗

Pansion Breza is situated a few minutes walk from a "back entrance" to the lakes national park, which allows you to skip queues, parking and so on when visiting. It's located on a very quiet road near other small hotels and apartments, but there are no nearby facilities. However, that didn't matter as we received a very warm welcome here, and were well fed and looked after. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and with very generous portions. The hosts provide you with small bags to turn the remains of your breakfast into a packed lunch which saves paying the prices in the park itself. Our room was small, but the shower & air conditioning both worked well and we had a cosy balcony to sit outside if we wanted, alongside there being plenty of outside shared space with tables and chairs if wanted. Highly recommended.

This establishment is just gorgeous, beautifully landscaped gardens, peaceful atmosphere, hosts were amazing. Long held family run business, Vladimir picked us up and dropped us back to bus station ( for a small fee), His daughter Danielle informed us of a fantastic “free walk” across top ledge of lower falls on the day we arrived (our ticket not valid until the next next). This walk was spectacular. The big hike the next day, we did the entire perimeter of upper and lower lakes and zigs and zags, was done in about 8 hours and was truly incredible experience. The home cooked food provided by Daniella’s mother was delicious and plentiful, they even provided plastic bags to take breakfast leftovers for lunch which was great. Highly recommend to stay at Pansion Breza when visiting Plitvice Lakes. Entrance P3 is 15 min walk from Pansion Breza. Online tix say you have to nominate entrance 1 or 2; just pick entrance 1 (or 2) but you can still enter from entrance 3 (P3).

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The owner reached out as soon as I made my reservation to make sure I got a park entrance ticket well in advance as the tickets sell out. On arrival, the owner was welcoming and friendly. My room was lovely and comfortable. The owner gave me a park map and helped me plot my route so that I could minimize crowds and maximize the sights. I had 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. The food was wonderful with soup, salad, fish, huge vegetable variety and delicious dessert and Croatian wine. The location is perfect with an easy walk to an quiet park entrance. I hope to return someday!

Very friendly host and great location to visit the Plitvica lakes. Terrific breakfast (a bit pricey - 15 Euro p/p) but really nice and generous- fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, cheese, prosciutto & various cuts. Beautiful place. Highly recommended!

We thought this would be rustic, but our room was gorgeous with marble (or maybe faux marble) and tile floors. A large bed, a desk and a table. The setting is serene. It looks like a Swiss chalet. We paid 30 euros for dinner. A four course meal. 1) chicken soup, 2) salad with lettuce and tomatoes, 3) grilled meat platter of sausage, chicken, pork, ground beef, grilled veggies and potatoes. 4) ice cream. There was a fish platter for those not wanting meat. We were stuffed afterwards. We also paid 15 euros for breakfast - a large omelet, a big basket of beignets, croissants, deli meats, cheese, and fruit. Bags are on the table to take the leftovers. You don't have to ask for them. The woman who checked us in gave us directions to see the lower Plitvice falls without entering the park. We did this the afternoon of our arrival. We had 9:00 AM tickets for Plitvice entrance one but were able to get in at entrance three at 9:00 AM with no trouble. Our hostess had recommended we see the lower falls first, then take the shuttle bus to the other end of the park and walk back. We did this and we were able to do the 6-8 hour route K in 3.5 hours. Since route K is a big circle, we would have been seeing the same things twice, so following her directions was a big help.

Cozy stay with home cooked food and a clean well maintained room with lots to offer in terms of hospitality and kindness. Close to P3 Gate of the park. There are swings and a little football field and many four legged friends for company. TVs in the room have Netflix as well. Highlight was the sumptuous dinner costing 30 Euro per head serving 4 course dinner with the best chicken soup I've had, green salad, chicken with grilled veggies that changes every night and dessert. The apple walnut dessert was heavenly. Breakfast costs 15 Euro per head with ample supply of bread, cheese, meat slices, fruits, omlette and home cooked pastries. They even give you plastic bags to pack them for lunch on your trip to the Park and bus. This family has put in a lot of love care and attention in making your stay comfortable. They offer shuttles to entrance 1 in case you are arriving by bus like me. Inform them via email on your arrival. All in all super memorable. Hosts had lots of lovely stories to share!!

Amazing stay, the location was great for not having to get buses to the lakes and the walk was pleasant. The staff are great, Informative at receptions about the best routes round the park and what to do at what time of the day. They suggested lower lakes day one as the boats to get to upper lakes were super busy, and they weren’t wrong. The rooms were clean and the showers were great. We were super impressed with the food, it was 4 courses and each nicer than the last. For main was a great mixed grill with very tasty veg!!! Breakfast was speedy and they provided the biggest plate of pastries, which we could take with us for a spot of lunch around the lakes. Would recommend to anyone looking for value, great location and great service!

We had a wonderful time at Pansion Braza despite the fact that it was raining most of the time. Daniela was extremely welcoming warm and helpful. Most of the park was closed due to heavy rains. She drew a trail on a map which we could visit. Excellent views. The dinner of grilled trout and roast chicken was stupendous. The breakfast was also excellent. A lovely pastoral area with rustic charm. The room was a bit small.
