自駕來玩，晚上10點多到的，不是24小時前台，晚8點後沒服務員，拿密碼自助入住，自己寫護照訊息放桌子上即可完成入住登記。房間還行，附近原生態別開窗，有蚊子

Beware!!! I booked this hotel 4 Months in advance I asked to cancel it 2 months in advance and was told that I have missed the cancellation date by 3 days and would be charged the full fee. Clearly my fault, however most respectable establishments tend to wave the fee when canceling so far in advance and when missing the window by a few days Given this approach - I can only conclude that the level of service at this hotel is low

I was expecting more having looked at the web site. The room was large, clean and in good condition. The room had not been checked as safe was locked and no instructions on how to operate it. An information pack in the room would have been nice considering the location as very few places to eat. Rooms are not made up daily. Breakfast was basic and if all the guests came down together, long wait for food to be replenished. The staff were helpful and friendly. Please note the sauna and hot tub are extra cost and need to be booked a day in advance. Good location for access to entrance 3 of Plitvice park, about 10 minute walk. We purchased our tickets in advance. Quite difficult to find the guest house and roads very narrow in places.

We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

Very cosy and modern room in a beautiful environment! Check-in is all automatic, breakfast is fantastic! The hotel has no own restaurant, but there are some nice ones around in Plitvice Selo! Only a few minutes walk to entrance 3 of the national park!

Fuimos en agosto con mi familia . El lugar es muy lindo , rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son limpias , cómodas y muy lindas . El hotel es self check in . En la puerta del lugar hay un cartel el cual tiene un código QR ( o un teléfono ) donde uno escanea ( o llama) y te envían el código de la habitación para poder hacer el check in. Yo no tenía señal en el área por lo que se me dificultó un poco el proceso . Pero fui a la cabañas de enfrente que tienen Wii fii Abierto y puede hacer el procedimiento tranquilamente . Es un lugar ideal si piensan visitar el parque de plitvice ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando del portón 3. El desayuno es muy rico y completo . Lo único a tener en cuenta si van en auto manejando es que El camino para llegar hasta el hotel es muy sinuoso y angosto . Pero con cuidado se llega bien . Nosotros tuvimos la mala suerte de pinchar una rueda pero gracias a una amable lugareña que pasaba por ahí y nos ayudó llamó a una gomeria y pudimos resolverlo rápido . Cruzando el hotel bien en frente hay otro alojamiento que se llama ethno que tiene un lindo restaurante para cenar( solo cruzar la calle) , ese hotel tiene un cajero ara poder sacar plata también por si lo necesitan . Lo encontramos muy conveniente ya que luego de pinchar la rueda y de ver que el camino no es muy fácil si no conoces , nos pareció mejor cenar en algún lugar cerca y el mismo es perfecto
