Very nice location and very nice view for this stone house but with modern comfort (WiFi, TV 80cm, underfloor heating, fitted kitchen, many openings)...
- Completely renovated (2011), it is bright, functional and warm,
- Enclosed grounds of 1000 m²,
- 300m from the sea, the GR34 and the pier for the island of Bréhat,
- In a very calm environment,
- Living area of 80 m²,
- Rental for 5 people.
- Charges included (water, electricity, wifi, tourist taxes, except cleaning). Heating is of course included in winter / autumn. Floor heating on the ground floor, individual radiators upstairs.
! The stove / chimney is unfortunately out of service!
Ground floor:
Entrance onto a large living room with its beautiful staircase which separates two spaces: the first with its (equipped) kitchen, its central island and a large farmhouse table. Finally, the second with the living room. 6 openings provide beautiful light throughout the day as well as a view of the garden. Behind the house, a utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs:
The landing with its sea view serves the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
A bedroom of 14m² with double bed of 160 and storage, beautiful sea view.
A second bedroom of 9m² with double bed of 140 and storage, sea view.
A third bedroom of 8m2 with a cot with bars.
And the bathroom with bath, basin and suspended toilet.
Bed linen is provided but not bath towels.

Lovely Cottage in a great place
We were warmly welcomed and had so a nice stay. The Cottage and the garden is perfect for families. All you need is there. We will come back.

Sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder
Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus auf 2 Etagen mit einem riesigen Garten. Grill, Spiele, Liegen, Esstisch im Freien vorhanden. TV vorhanden, wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. In 5 Minuten ist man zum Strand gelaufen. Bei den wenigen Fragen haben wir den Eigentümer über WhatsApp kontaktiert, schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort. Einen Tipp: Im Erdgeschoss und im großen Schlafzimmer wären Fliegengitter vorteilhaft.

Schönes Häuschen mit großem Garten
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen in Ploubazlanec Arcouest sehr genossen. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand oder dem Fähranleger zur wunderschönen Insel Brehat, in wenigen Fahrminuten bei sehr guten Bäckern und Metzger, ein paar Minuten weiter in Paimpol in einem wunderschönen Ort mit entspannter Atmosphäre, einem schönen markt, netten Geschäften und mehreren großen Supermärkten.Sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt...Vielen Dank an die netten Gastgeber, es hat alles problemlos geklappt!

Vacances en bird de mer
Merci beaucoup pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue.Nous sommes ravis de cette petite parenthèse hors du temps, le gîte est super, la literie très confortable et la vue magnifique. la mer à 300m est un plus.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison très agréable, à 300 mètres de l’embarcadère pour Brehat. La description correspond parfaitement.
Literie excellente, environnement très calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Je recommande.

Excellent séjour en famille dans une charmante et atypique maison bretonne .
Très bien entretenue.
Le grand jardin tout équipé est un atout pour des repas à l’extérieur.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen!
Das Haus ist schön restauriert und hat einen sehr großen Garten für Spiele im Freien.
Auch bei kleinen Problemen mit der Einrichtung haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten. Es gibt leckere Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die malerische Isle de Brehat ist durchaus mehrere Besuche wert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
