Beautiful antique room, great bath, lovely bed, charismatic wonderful space. Nice breakfast. However… The concierge shared his DNA with of a plank of wood. Unhelpful, unfriendly and nowhere to be found when you needed him. Didn’t even say thank you or goodbye when we left. He just filtered into the shadows with the 40lev for parking. The woman was communicative, helpful and friendly. Maybe she should run it. (Oh, and the restaurant is shut) On another note. Plovdiv itself is very quiet, not much to do, in retrospect we should have spent no more than 2 nights.

very wonderful and nice place traditionally nice breakfast The rooms are very nice clean and warm I have no words Simply they are unique very calm place the woman at the reception very lovely very nice respect from a good attitude !! there are a lot of restaurants nearby there are also Club for young people if you need it and it's just unique

We can only reaffirm what has already been said by each of the 2022 5 star reviews. This is a totally unique and most memorable lodging experience that will make you wish that you had booked a longer stay. The restaurant offers great dinners either inside our on the back patio, perfect for a leisurely meal after an afternoon of exploring Old Town. Plan on spending at least 2 nights.

Beautiful hotel but definitely not a 5 star , quaint and quirky . Parking is a total nightmare and zero information on where to park and get luggage to the hotel , eventually tourist information just shrugged very worn shoulders and said ask the hotel …. So the circle began … Night three the restaurant party of 10 which was fun I’m sure the singer was basically singing her lungs out in our bedroom , yep 5 star nahhhhh so disappointed after reading good reviews , yep she’s still singing and seems to be having a blast ,

After a 31/2 hour drive from Rila monastery, was disappointed to learn, the hotel not only has no parking, but has no idea where any parking may be found. Was advised to “ look around” the old town, where commercial parking just does not exist. In addition, the check in people had no information to advise us. Not sure how they get to work - just singularly unhelpful.

The building is great and beautifully located right in the middle of the Old Town, but this is not a five stars hotel at all! This is not an hotel, but a residence (even if the sign "hotel" right in front of it might be misleading), which means a completely different standard. Here you have a list of things that should be fixed: - hot water doesn't work (it lasts 10 seconds before getting cold, over and over again!) - old and uncomfortable mattress - (very mediocre) commercial products for breakfast - dirty plates at breakfast - hairs here and there in the room - no services Two stars for the building, but you might find much better places in Plovdiv!

Elegant hotel in the old town. The breakfast was very delicious. All staff were so welcoming and helpful and ready to answer every question. The room was very clean and cozy, with atmosphere and traditional style in the interior - very impressive! We had a lovely 3 days stay. Recommend!

The Hebros hotel in the old Town of Plovdiv is one of the best we visited! Unique old modern style, so delicious food and kind and helpful staff! Thank You very much for the nice days we spend! We ll be back soon!

Having stayed at Hebros many times, it felt like home to return. But each time I notice more acutely what makes it feel like home—except more exquisite. Even before arrival, the receptionist, was extremely helpful via email in reserving the nicest room and my favorite one, at the best price. Upon arrival I was met by the friendly receptionist on duty. The team is always helpful in selecting the right room and organize my stay in utmost details as I have asked kindly by email. making sure that everything is good. I highly recommend this hotel!
