Had a wonderful stay at Villa Flavia - could not recommend this hotel enough. Perfectly located for quick access to Kapana district (trendy restaurants and bars!), old town and ancient ruins. Hotel and room were gorgeous, including a great roof terrace. Breakfast was good with enough variety and service was excellent. The Roman bath ruins below the hotel are impressive, with short tours offered.

A hotel filled with exquisite characteristics and identity, a true definition of quality, personalization and superb hospitality.
Great location in the centre of most points of attractions, quality services and amenities - great hospitality from the staffs, very sumptuous breakfast spread, beautiful and clean room with great bed. And most uniquely of all is the presence of the past historical ruins co-existing with the now. Amazing experience.

超級棒的體驗！酒店堪稱細節控，設計、衞生都很好，服務更是完美！地理位置優越，在古城裡麪，但汽車又可以到達酒店門口，早餐也非常棒，特別是炒雜蔬很好吃，酒店四樓有美麗的露台，晚上可以拿上minibar提供的免費啤酒飲料去露台上聊天賞月，酒店負一樓是1800多年前的古羅馬浴場，讓人感覺彷彿穿越時空，太神奇了！家人都在説下次有機會來一定要多住幾天。誠意推薦！

What an absolute delight of a hotel. The cosy atmosphere of "home away from home" and the quality and refinement in everything, from the room , which has very good lighting, to the excellent breakfast and lovely coutyard. The location is ideal ,perfectly situated in a quiet street and in the centre of all the attractions, shops and restaurants. The service is friendly and professional and you get a tour on the history of the property which makes it even more special. I highly recommend staying here.

What a gem of a hotel. Great value, well located, clean, comfortable and excellent customer service - nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The communal areas are very nicely done, the breakfast delicious and the 4th floor terrace a great place to sit and admire the views. The hotel has been completely refurbished, about 2 years ago, to a high standard and the hotel has gone out of their way to retain the 1920s/30s style. The feather in its cap is the fact that it has Roman Baths in the basement! A member of staff, clearly very passionate about the heritage of the building, gave us a tour of the baths, which have been sympathetically restored and many of the original features can be seen - fantastic!

The best hotel in Plovdiv, great location, great experience where old meets new, the hotel is very clean, well maintained, the rooms are very beautiful, high quality of linens and amenities, the mini bar is included in the price, the breakfast is outstanding with local food and great choice, the service is excellent every one wants to please you, the history tour is a must, do it. Hotel to remember ant to want to stay again, highly recommend

We had a wonderful four days at Villa Flavia. The hotel is only two years old and everything is new and very clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a room safe, a coffee machine, a lovely bathroom, free use of the contents of a fridge which is replenished every day and a TV with a few channels in English. There is an open terrace on the top floor with views of the town. The hotel also offers a short tour of the Roman baths in the basement. The staff and efficient and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which has a large choice of cold and hot food. You can have your breakfast inside our on the patio. The air conditioning in the rooms is efficient. The hotel is well placed in the city centre with Roman remains, bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk. I can thoroughly recommend Villa Flavia in Plovdiv.

This hotel is perfect in every way. It is a small sized hotel which is what we prefer. We stayed in the premium room and it was very comfortable - nothing over the top or super luxury - but everything one wants and needs and very comfortable bed and modern. The only comment on the room is it would be good to have two chairs to sit in - instead of a chair and a stool but that is very minor. The room was perfectly clean and there was lift access to the rooms. The common area is very nice to sit - with a beautiful cafe and courtyard. The breakfast was exceptional - the best we had anywhere in Romania and Bulgaria - the quality was perfect with lots of variety and excellent coffee. We stayed three days in Plovdiv, and it was worthwhile as there is a lot to see and do we could have stayed more and done day trips. The staff are really friendly and provide excellent service without being annoying. The tour of the building was great, the history of what is underneath just adds to the charm. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Plovdiv.

This really is a gem. 14 rooms, extremely well put together with a well designed shower en suite. Immaculate level of cleanliness with beds changed after three days. Breakfast on lovely walled patio or inside of very good quality catering for most tastes. Staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly whilst retaining professional standards. Hotel in excellent location just behind main street but still very quiet. One of the few hotels in my experience where I have no hesitation in recommending a stay. Well done Flavia.
