Welcoming and friendly staff throughout the hotel! Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. Our room was huge and very clean, if maybe a little dated. Spa treatments were very relaxing. On the whole this hotel and its staff couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. Special mentions for Katie, Emma, Carol and Josie.

I can’t thank the staff enough for accommodating us and helping us have the most amazing time while staying here, the spa and hotel were fantastic the room was superb very tidy and immaculate and the breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, the afternoon tea with with freshly baked scones clotted cream and strawberry jam was heavenly really enjoyed them very much, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming 5* service.

We recently hosted a black tie dinner at Elfordleigh to celebrate a big birthday . It was a planned a year in advance and Leah , the Events Organiser could not have done more to make the evening perfect . She worked with us and helped us to achieve a wonderful evening enjoyed by everyone attending . The food was excellent with more than generous portions. The service was beyond expectations as we were looked after by Veronica and Fraser with professionalism, humour and expertise . You promised to deliver, and you certainly did in the most glorious way . Thank you to the whole team who made this such a fabulous occasion making memories of all the right sort .

We just had a week stay here.the grounds are lovely and it's very relaxing sitting outside having a drink and food.the food was 5 star.also the chef Annie went out of her way to make sure there was plenty of choice for me with dietary requirements an nothing was too much trouble.the food always came out looking beautifully presented an always tasty.the bar staff were all friendly an helpful.the waitresses and housekeeping team always asking if we needed anything.the atmosphere here is so relaxing and all staff were lovely.the rooms are very clean an comfortable bed.will definitely recommend and be returning.

Very nice place.clean and very peaceful.claire at the bar was very nice an friendly.Yaz who served us breakfast was also very nice an couldn't do more for us. The chef went above an beyond to accommodate any allergies an there was always something for me to order to suit my needs.the food was 5 star and always presented nicely an very tasty.will definitely be visiting again.had a very peaceful relaxing week.

We attended for a family wedding. Fantastic staff - so helpful especially Chloe on Reception. Wedding food and organisation was brilliant topped off by beautiful weather and an amazing view! Comfortable well furnished room. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived till when we left the experience was fantastic. The hotel was an elegant venue with fantastic views. There is plenty of safe parking on site. All the staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived till when we left. The rooms were good. Traditional with a modern twist. Bathrooms were very well finished and luxurious! The wedding g venue was great and the staff could not do enough for us. There was no waiting g for food and drinks. It all ran smoothly with a minimum of prompting by us! Thank you for making our daughters wedding so memorable!

Had another lovely stay for a few days last week visiting daughter and granddaughter. Love this place - golf course is fabulous and kept in great condition and all the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the food is great. We used the leisure facilities which when you consider the cost of the hotel vs others with similar facilities and surroundings it is great value! We never want to go home though!

Came here for my daughters wedding. Food the night before was terrible. My wife and I had the burger meal. The lower bun was terrible, wet and stone cold on both. On complaining the staff said the chef said it was normal and it was the sauce that made it soggy. No sorry. I don't want money off. If the chef thinks that is OK I hate to think what the wedding meal will be like! I have stayed in many places around the world and this is the worst I have had! Over priced and rubbish attitude.
