Very nice option. Room spacious and clean. Nice breakfast with a lot of selection. Great location. Jana at reception was also helpful and answered a lot of questions.

Hotel has all the facilities you would expect for a 4* in a capital city although, Brits be warned, there’s no milk with the brew kit! The magnifying mirror stuck to the large bathroom mirror is almost impossible to use, for someone who’s only 5’4” anyway. Hotel is very clean and the communal areas are modern-looking. The room decor is a little dated but it’s fine. Bed was comfy, shower good. We spotted cute, festive pictures on some glass panels dotted around and, while we waited to check in, realised someone was actually hand-painting them - which is pretty cool. Staff were helpful and friendly, no complaints at all.

1) arrived by car and nobody answered the intercom . When I eventually made it to the reception I was told like an ***** that I had to telephone a local hotel number to raise the barrier. Inside were 40 spaces and reversing from the steep ramp was all but impossible. Luckily after 10 minutes a fellow traveller lent me an access card. Hotel should message traveller's that the garage intercom is permanently broken. Especially as it's 200 metres distance around the back from the hotel reception. 2) check in spoke to my like a child when I said I didn't want a noisy room on the side facing the main entry road into Downtown. Eventually I got a quiet back facing room. Value for money is good , but the welcoming reception is average. Never once got a smile from any receptionist. Breakfast made a real effort to please. Nice service, lovely staffs. Location was accessible to everywhere in town. Worth my pay.

Great experience and wonderful breakfast

Great hotel, and it's a wonderful location, but the breakfast is extremely weak. Plus, tour guests are stealing food in the breakfast. Unbelievable, people go to Mars, and your level is stealing food from the hotel. Super annoying!

The hotel location is perfect, easily accessible and close to the center. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The room is spacious and clean.

Great experience! Five minutes walk from the center. Had an amazing buffet type breakfast, enjoyed local prosciutto, best I've ever had. Room was specious and very clean. Liked the glass elevator too. Staff was professional, called a cab for me and gave me tips to useful tips get around. Strongly recommended.

在當地算是一個還行的酒店，離市中心比較方便，停車有點小麻煩，需在停車前與前台溝通，獲得配合（停車入口比較遠，且需前台根據監控視頻幫助開地庫門）

A localização do hotel é boa, a limpeza é excelente, mas não gostei do quarto. Escolhi o quarto maior, 45m2, mas ele parece um salão vazio. O banheiro é feio, minúsculo, mal comporta uma pessoa. O chuveiro é ótimo. O café da manhã, embora variado, para mim, não foi saboroso. Os funcionários parecem perdidos e confusos, quando cheio, é um caos.

Отличный отель в центре города. Чистый номер, удобные кровати , отзывчивый персонал, хороший завтрак. Рекомендую!
