Community pool, 9 hole golf course, and floating restaurant/bar all within minutes of the house. Large garage and tons of parking for big groups. Get your friends and family together for a fun time on beautiful Lake Travis! *Water level around dock cannot be guaranteed due to lake level fluctuations. *Boat dock is currently on land due to low water level and not accessible by boat. *No parties allowed. Maximum of 18 guests allowed on the property at all times. *Outside quiet time from 10pm to 8am. On-site device for noise level monitoring (which does not record voices). *Outdoor security cameras on property.
