This turn key condominium is steps away from the beautiful sandy beach that our resort sits on. Other amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach athletic club, 24 hours of security, complementary towel and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, Internet access and more. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $268 plus tax by the Outrigger Front Desk at checkout. There will be a $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. We just purchased this condo in February 2025. We did a complete renovation which was finished April 2025. This condo is brand new and just as nice as Unit 172.
