Mountain Glory Forest Resort

This is a great place to go if you are looking for peace and quiet away from town and crowds. I booked here because I needed a break after some hectic weeks of travel. It is about a 30 min drive to town/airport, and the road is a bit rough in places, I believe due to previous flooding damage which is being repaired. They have a van and it cost 1500 for a one way trip to town. The room and grounds are beautiful. The staff is very attentive. They even noticed when I hadn’t come to dinner or breakfast and called to see if I would be eating. The pool has an unparalleled view of the mountains. The pool chairs could have better cushions, as the bars from the chair dig in uncomfortably. The breakfast buffet is great. The lunch and dinner menu is varied, but I was surprised at the price. It is close to U.S. prices for food, so be aware of that. Even the local beer and spirits are more than I expected. I had planned to use the spa, but I also felt those prices were a bit high for Nepal: about 10,000 or 15,000 higher than a nice salon in Pokhara. If the prices were a bit lower for food and spa, just would give 5 stars.

Our family trip to Pokhara in April 2024 was truly memorable. We stayed at Mountain Glory from the 8th to the 13th, hosting a meditation retreat for our group of 64 people from around the world. This spiritual retreat required a separate kitchen to accommodate our specific dietary principles, and Mountain Glory provided exactly what we needed. The resort, nestled in lush greenery far from the hustle and bustle of the city, blended perfectly with nature, offering a serene environment ideal for our retreat. The staff's exceptional hospitality and the resort's impeccable hygiene made our stay even more enjoyable. Mountain Glory proved to be the perfect vacation spot, catering to our needs and leaving all 64 participants happy and content. The resort's versatility and outstanding maintenance make it an excellent choice for any type of visitor. The staff at Mountain Glory made us feel right at home, attending to our every need with remarkable care and dedication. They supported us in every task throughout our stay, right up until the day we left. I highly recommend this place. A special thanks goes to the receptionist, Gita, whose impeccable support made a significant difference. She felt like a part of our family, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

Mountain Glory forest resort is a beautiful place situated in a serene location far from hustle and bustle of city yet accessible to major attractions. Resort has amenities catering to all age groups. Views from garden facing room are awesome. Staff are courteous and Devendra Ji was very polite and prompt in any assistance required. This was my second visit and would like to visit again soon. Thank you Mountain Glory team for making my stay memorable.

Had a wonderful stay in April 2024. I was in a retreat group. The facilities they provided were excellent. Staff were also great. Morning sunrise was a treat . Resort is surrounded by mountains all around. They provide shuttle service too to town. I would recommend this place to ppl looking for peace & calmness.

The rooms are spacious and they have got a beautiful landscape view. I would recommend if you visit as a group to pokhara then always stay here. Great service and good staff with good humility. Sports activites are good and room service and cleanliness is also quite well taken careoff.

An excellent place to go with mountains around, excellent living place and amenities. Staff have been very kind spoken and caring. Always available. Hotel manager takes personal responsibility of your care. Geeta who welcomed us, she is soo good. She mingled so easily that we felt like she is our family
