The deluxe cottage rooms are not in the main building, and you can watch the sunrise on the sixth floor. The room and bathroom were large and clean, the bathroom was a bit dated and the hand towels had a strange smell. The room has safe and iron. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad. The only problem is getting to the hotel, they only have 2 free shuttles from the lakeside, otherwise you need to take a taxi. All staff are friendly.

Disappointing Stay at Himalayan Front Hotel I recently stayed at the Himalayan Front Hotel by KGH Group, and I regret to inform that my experience was far from satisfactory. The first major letdown was the view from our room. Contrary to the stunning vistas showcased in online photos, the actual scenery, especially from the lower floors, was underwhelming. This clear discrepancy between expectation and reality was a disappointing start to our stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location poses significant inconvenience. Nestled in a remote area, it lacks accessible transportation options. The hotel offers a shuttle service but only at restrictive times (9 am and 3 pm), which is hardly sufficient. Resorting to a taxi is the only other option, but be prepared for exorbitant fares that add unnecessary expense to the trip. Another aspect that failed to meet expectations was the dining experience. The dinner buffet, priced at $15, was average at best. The options were limited and did not justify the cost. Additionally, the coffee served at breakfast was a letdown. As a coffee enthusiast, I found it lacking in both taste and quality – it did not live up to the standard of what one would typically expect. Overall, my stay at Himalayan Front Hotel was marked by a series of disappointments. From misleading representations of room views to logistical challenges and subpar dining options, it fell short of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would advise potential visitors to consider these points when making their travel plans.

Svar från boendet: Dear Guest,Many thanks for sharing your feedback.Regards to the view there is not much difference from 2nd floor to 5th floor and you have requested to choose the room and we have addressed the same.The visibility of mountains depands on the weather and not granted.Location wise we are in the prime location and its resort types.Easy excess to city and takes only 15 minutes.If you stay in city you need go more then half way to observe sun rise,sun set and full range of mountains views but from our hotel you can easily observe as above.Coffee in the breakfast most of the hotel serve instant coffee as guest doesnot have enough time to wait for coffee from machine but up on request we do serve also.We are taking the feedback as positive way and will look for the best possible things.Thanks.

房間還行,但是酒店處於半山腰,上去彎彎繞繞的,周圍也沒逛的,酒店吃飯真的死貴,隨便吃了點烤雞翅,炸土豆條,素菜,倆啤酒,1000塊人民幣,這在國內都屬於天價菜單,不會再去了!

入住酒店後最大的驚喜是風景超預期的棒,喜馬拉雅山脈近在眼前,來博卡拉一定要找山上的酒店,風景絕了。 酒店的餐飲挺不錯的,早餐的雞蛋餅和正餐的momo強烈推薦。 觀看日出可以乘電梯到頂樓有專門的觀景露台。 第一次嘗試延時攝影拍日出,直接在房間裏拍的,感覺還不錯。

酒店設施不算新,但是衞生還是很乾凈。最優秀的是服務,前台餐廳保安客房還有機場接送的司機英文都很好溝通無障礙,態度也好。 酒店在市區往喜馬拉雅山脈方向行駛的小山丘上。房間直接可以看到山景。酒店入口隔壁鄰居養的羊和雞很可愛的。周圍都是當地人的居所,很安靜。 酒店餐廳吃的東西不錯,味道很好。按摩的小姐姐手法很好的。

酒店的環境超級棒。真正的躺在床上就可以看到魚尾峯,免去了早起看日出的苦。酒店還提供免費的穿梭車,可以到湖邊。衞生條件也很好。設施雖然不算很新,也還算很好,酒店還有一個無邊際游泳池,可以游泳。特別要説的是服務非常貼心。我在那兒生病了以後,從酒店的大堂經理到服務生,個個關心我,又是提供薄荷茶,又是温寒温暖。在此再向他們表示謝意。

힐링을 목적으로 오신다면 괜찮지만, 그게 아니면 추천하지 않을께요. 수영장 좋아요.다만 물관리는 깨끗하지 않았고, 직원분들 서비스는 좋아요.조식은 생각보단 별로였고, 저녁도 별로였어요. 할게없어서 왕복 1600루피로 택시불러서 레이크사이드에서 놀다 들어왔어요. 아직 비수기라 그런지 루프탑 바는 관리가 안되어있었어요. 방에서 보는 뷰는 멋집니다

Mesmerizing views of mountains, nice rooms with balcony, delicious breakfast spread, serene location, a fantastic rooftop, a cosy swimming pool, smiling receptionist and staffs made our stay special at this hotel. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the best of views.

Enjoyed my stay at the Himalayan Front. Visited right before tourist season and was able to walk in to get a room upon flying from KTH to Pokhara. The views were incredible at the 6th floor observation floor. We had great service especially from our server Ashok Budhathoki who made us feel very welcome and was the reason why we stayed an extra night instead of trying a hotel in town. Would recommend to anyone visiting for the views or treks!

The view from the hotel was beautiful. You can see the mountain range from the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend. Only problem was the bathtub. It would be better to have just a shower.

My friends and I had a fantastic time here. The view is obviously amazing but the quality service is ultimately what made our experience here 5 stars. Our main server Ashok was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs and was a great resource as well for local activities. He was the main reason we decided to stay an extra night. Would highly recommend staying here and catching all the sunsets and sunrises.

Best staff ever! Our server, Ashok, was one of the kindest most friendly people my friends and I have met. After dinner he ended up giving us an amazing night on the town and showed us what Pokhara looks like at night. Amazing hotel with a great staff. We will definitely be back because of Ashok!

I booked this hotel especially to see the sunrise and sunset. They gave me a room on the third floor and it was pretty shabby musty and unhygienic. The hotel is like 3 star not 4. No hot water in he shower and the TV was not properly working, no disposable slippers and no tissue in the room. The cupboard had a very bad sweaty musty smell and the room safe did not work as it can't be reset. The staff are polite but highly disorganised and dont understand customer service or offering a customer experience. They have put incorrect information about the timing for sunset and sunrise so please dont go by their timings and not only they dont even know where the sunrises or sets and keep giving wrong information about almost everything I needed to ask them. Even the restaurant they recommend which was far to get to and when I got there it was a construction site. On my last day I left my tour early to get to the hotel by 4.30pm. I sat at the restaurant and told them I want to see the sunset so I need something quick they got my order wrong 2 times and it was an hour later that I was served food snd when I got to the view pount the staff told me sunset will be on the left side and took me there and left me there. After some time it started getting dark so I asked him what happened to the sun and he said oh it set 30 minutes ago. He knew all this time and made me stand there for a while and wasted my time. I called the manager to complain and instead of apologising for all that happened he didnt even smile but instead took a hostile approach and proceeded to make up things to prove me wrong. Apparently it all my fault and he even lied and said I didnt tell them I came early to see the sunset and that the food order was not wrong. I was totally shocked by his stance and the conversation quickly descended into an argument where we were we were both raising our voices. I was very upset by his flippant and unfriendly attitude and the way he denied everything, refused to apologise or be nice to me. He said something along the lines of he doesnt care I missed the sunset, its not his concern and that he only came to see me to justify all that happened and that if I made a bad reviewhe would give his own response. These are pretty awful things to say to a woman travelling alone and staying in a 4 star hotel. This is not the correct customer service. All he seemed wanted to do was argue rather than apologise and offer a solution. I went to the reception and insisted on changing rooms where there was hot water. The process of shifting took 2 hours and by that time it was 8.30pm. They shifted me to 4fh floor which was an entirely different class and more like 4 star with new looking furniture and clean. I dont understand why they didnt put me in a nice room to begin with as the hotel only has 3 room occupied when I checked in and all rooms are same price and grade.
