Himalayan Deurali Resort

Very friendly staff, good budget pricing, good food. Breathtaking views of the mountains. The road leading up to the hotel needs to be completed. And our air-conditioning / heater needs a repair work. But all in all, highly recommended, especially for those looking for a pocket friendly options.

The stay at Himalayan Deurali Resort offers amazing, peaceful view of the mountain ranges, but the stay was made less comfortable because of a few facilities that were below expectations. Positives. - Stunning views --＞ The view of the mountain ranges from the room is majestic. It is very soothing and mesmerizing to watch the snow laden mountains turn gold as the sunlight splashes across them. Make sure to catch the sunrise early in the morning. After that bask in the lovely sunlight and stroll around the property. - Helpful staff --＞ Some of the staffs are really helpful and will do whatever they can to fulfill your requests. Negatives(Things to improve) - Facilities --＞ There was no hot water in both our rooms. They would spend a lot of time trying to explain or trying to fix the problem,but they couldn't. Eventually they gave us two buckets of hot water. It is very uncomfortable without hot water in the cold of December. We faced multiple power black-outs of up to 25 mins .The bathroom and main door would get jammed at times - Food and Restaurant service --＞ The food quality and the menu options need to improve. Several items were not available. It took a long time, more than an hour for the food to be ready. The breakfast spread was pretty ordinary too. Only boiled egg was offered. We were denied when we requested for omelettes. Although I could see that the omelette was served to a couple of guests and their manager. May be our helper was not in the mood? If they are a bit more focused towards their guests comfort and improve their food and related services, they can provide a really good, serene place to spend time at Pokhara. Till then, there is quite a few area they need to improve.

Went on a trip here in December and was my worst experience in Nepal. When we got to the property my tub was Dirty and there was barely any heat. The food wasn't great and when I went to sleep the power stayed out all night so I couldn't charge my devices. At night you can barely see where you are walking and you better hope you don't get put on the edge of the property closet to the forest because there isn't any WIFI over there. In the morning I had to take a cold shower because the water wasn't heating up. The only redeeming quality of my stay was the view of the mountains in the morning.

I have stayed at the Himalayan Deurali Resort two times, the first time was for two months in 2018. It has an absolutely amazing view of the Aunapurna range, one of the best in Kaski, with Matchuputchere right in the center, Great rooms, great food, very nice infinity pool open in the summer months, great view of the mountains from the pool as well. Soon to have a sauna. Many trekking routes accessible directly from the resort. Awesome staff that is always willing to facilitate any travel adventures you would like to have. Numerous ancient temples and shrines within walking distance. Also, close to the start of Mardi Himal trek and the Aunapurna routes. Anytime I am in the Pokhara area I will always spend some time here.

Un lugar excelente para poder disfrutar de los Himalaya. Desayunar en el jardín con ese paisaje, no tiene precio. Si te gusta el relax, es un hotel ideal. Tener en cuenta que no hay nada alrededor. Esto hace que tengas que comer y cenar en el hotel Las comidas son preparadas con gusto y están muy ricas. Además tienes la opción de cenar/comer en la habitación. Llamas a recepción y encargas la comida. El manager Birmani está super atento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Incluso aprendimos mucho de la cultura Nepalí con las charlas que tuvimos. El hotel está "a medias". Todos los edificios están a medio construir. (pensaba que ahora estaría completo ya que los comentarios que he leído sobre la construcción del hotel son de hace años). Ves gente trabajar, pero se dedican a cortar la hierba. Nada más. Aunque las zonas comunes como el jardín, piscina,.. están cuidadas. Cuando fuimos habían preparado la piscina. Como no hacía buen tiempo, no la utilizamos. La habitación es grande, aunque las cosas se caían por no estar bien construido. La puerta del balcón no cerraba muy bien, el balcón estaba sin termiar. Era cemento y ladrillo. Si temes a los insectos, no es un lugar adecuado. Por otra parte comentar que no queda otra que reservar el taxi con ellos, y casi cuesta tanto como la habitación.

写真と大違い！載っている所は修理中で、手前の建物でした。床はザラザラでスーツケースが真っ白になりました。電気ポットの中には前に宿泊した人のスープかお粥の残りがありました。お風呂のお湯が一人目は出ましたが、２人目は水のみで、翌日やっとは入れました。 眺めは最高に良く、シャクナゲが咲き、申し分ありません。 食事はアットホームな感じで、美味しかったです。一人で宿泊した部屋は良かったようです。写真の建物の近くにプールがあり、逆さ撮りができます。
