I highly recommend Bayit. It is charming, well appointed with great amenities. Daria was amazing with setting up setting up transfers, car rentals and reservations. Breakfast spread on rooftop every morning was delicious with spectacular views.

Bayit Charming Place was a perfect spot to stay for my 4 days in Puglia. Loved the town Polignano a Mare, and the hotel itself was ideal! Clean, comfortable, quiet location & a short walk to a ton of great restaurants & shops. The best part of the hotel was Daria she was like our own personal concierge & she made our time there unforgettable. Even the breakfast on the ocean view rooftop terrace was incredible!! Antonella prepared fabulous food & the daily spread was amazing. I’ve traveled to a-lot of amazing resorts & hotels big & small & I highly recommend booking this one!

We had a great stay at Bayit Place. Daria welcomed us and gave us great tips on the area. She helped get our luggage inside while I parked. The hotel was wonderful with a delicious breakfast on the upstairs patio overlooking the clear blue waters of the Adriatic Sea. It was in a great central location by the famous cliff diving. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. They also had loungers on the top deck and nice common space outside our rooms. The kids found a reading nook which they frequented. It’s a great place to stay and we would definitely go back.

It was our first time in polignano a mare and we were pleased to stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect throughout our entire stay. The hotel’s location and the cleanliness of the rooms were very good. Thanks to Daria’s kindness and helpfulness, we had a wonderful holiday. You can choose this hotel with confidence.

This property is absolutely fabulous and stunning. The location is perfect, within the walls of the old town and hence close to wonderful bars , restaurants and shops. Daria at the front desk was terrific and extremely accommodation and Antonella in the breakfast was a dream and nothing was too much for her. Antonella even cooked up fabulous tarts etc for breakfast

Loved our stay at BAYIT! Everything about this stay was perfect - location, service, breakfast, rooftop and our room. Daria was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and the room was cosy , clean and lovely. Incredible location too!!

From the moment I booked this hotel I had a 5 star service from Daria, the hotel , the room , the breakfast, the location was excellent, we definitely will be back and thank you Daria for your hospitality & service , we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!
