Fenomen Plitvice Resort

Location: Very close to Plitvice waterfall. There's a view point just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel where I could see one of the high light of the fall which it's very nice. I arrived in the late evening, so I didn't see anything. However I spent our morning walked around the hotel which was beautiful and worth walking. Room amenities: Perfect !! There're bathrobe and slipper for 2 persons which most of hotels in Croatia didn't provide. Also the hotel use high quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. There's hand towel as well. Amenities I mentioned seemed simple in other countries, but not in Croatia. Breakfast: It's ok. There was no enough food, even though there's just another family in the breakfast area. I had to kept asking please fill in this and that which these shouldn't happen.

在十六湖國家公園算是最好的酒店了，我們由於當天前往很晚，半夜才到，酒店接待急急匆匆入住，酒店非常不錯，房間很好。隔音也可以，好像美國式的房子。早餐普通，種類不多，餐廳也不大，門口很舒服，酒店無法買門票，需要自己提前官網預訂門票，有時間段，開車到2號門還需要20分鐘。雖然近在眼前，但是開車過去需要繞來繞去。

위치가 조금 멀리 있어 플리트비체 국립공원 방문예정이라면 차로 이동시간이 소요되는 점을 감안해야 합니다. 또한 숙소 자체적으로 운영하는 식당 외에 근처 식당이 따로 없어 간단한 먹거리를 사서 방문해야합니다. 그 외에 숙소 경치나 산책로 등은 매우 마음에 들었습니다.

早餐太少品種，

We could only stay one night and we will forever regret not staying longer. Calling this a hotel doesn’t share its charm, calling it a campsite doesn’t convey its elegance. Just look at the pictures. It’s a beautiful place! The staff was very friendly and whisked our bags off to our room before we could even ask. The breakfast was personal while also having a small buffet. We would love to return one day, this place really is something special.

Rustic village style hotel in the forest. We stayed in “Fagus” which is a converted barn with a pleasant sitting room, shower and kitchen on the ground floor and bedroom/bathroom up a very steep and narrow staircase. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was fine. The Plitvice lakes and waterfalls are very close (there is a good viewing point only minutes walk from the hotel which we only found out about as our guide in the National Park pointed it out - no one at the hotel mentioned it). Entrance to the park itself is a 15 minute drive away. Fenomen is, most probably, the best place to stay close to the National Park.

ACTUALLY I WAS LOOKING FOR AN HOTEL AFTER THE ONE NIGHT ROTTEN EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL YEZERO IN PLITVICE... I WAS SUPPOSED TO STAY IN HOTEL 18 LAKES NEAR THE PARK CLOSE TO THE ROAD TO ZAGREB. IT WAS SAID TO BE A NEW VERY LUXURUOUS HOTEL WHICH FROM THE OUTSIDE IT WAS NOT... IT DID NOT STAY AND I TELL YOU WHY... I SAW HOW AN ELDERLY WOMAN CHECKED IN AND SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BOOKED WHEN I WAS WAS WAITING THERE TO CHECK IN... THEN THE BOY AT RECEPTION TOLD HER IT WAS CANCELLED AND AS I APPROACHED IT WAS WRITTEN IN HUGE RED LETTERS WHICH I UNDERST. AS I KNOW RUSSIAN AND CROATIAN IS A BIT SIMILAR... THEN THE SO CALLED OWNER BARGED IN AND STARTED YELLING AND SHOUTING AT THE POOR WOMAN LIKE I NEVER HEARD IN MY LIFE... HE BARKED THAT SHE MUST LEAVE THE HOTEL AND GO IMMEDIATELY... HE TOOK HER BAGS AND THREW THEM ON THE STREET... THE WOMAN WAS CRYING AND HAD A PROBLEM IN ANOTHER HOTEL TOO WHICH WAS NOT LIKE SHE SAW AT THE BOOKING... SHE AND I JUST WENT TO THE MAIN ROAD ROAD TO ZAGREB CLOSE BY AND FOUND BOARDING PLACES SIMILAR TO B AND B ... VERY BASIC BUT NOY EXPENSIVE OF COURSE... 11 KM BY BUS FROM THE PARK... A BUS WHO STOPPED ON THE MAIN ROAD PRACTICALLY NEXT DOOR... PLEASE DO AVOID AT ALL COST THIS HOTEL 18 LAKES... PLEASE... THIS SO CALLED OWNER WOULD HAVE BEATEN THE WOMAN....

We spent 3 nights, we had 3 dinner and 3 breakfast. Everything was really good, personnel very kind, supportive, professional. Although I can't eat gluten, neither lactose, they served me the main courses revised: steak, deer, and lamb, don't miss them. The breakfast buffet very, very rich and various options are offered. Near to the national park entrance, in the wood, silence and relax. If you plan to visit Plitvice Lakes go there
