This popular villa, situated at the end of a driveway, it is surrounded by farmland and just a few minutes from the old town of Pollensa where you can find a large choise of restaurants and tapas bars.
This rustic stone built house set within lovely gardens and hedges offers privacy from the house next door. The villa has a fantastic built in barbecue, making the villas ideal for those who enjoy outdoor living.
The living area and the bedrooms are in two distinct areas, and the accommodation is on one level. It comprises of one double and two twin bedrooms (all of the with air conditioning), a full and shower room, a small but well equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and a nice large lounge dining area with satellite Tv and a Dvd player.
