Cabot Pollensa Park Spa

It is an ideal hotel for a family BUT the illustration of the rooms size wise and what they contain when booking online like we did is not to scale. We booked for 2 adults and a child and you could barely swing a cat in the named superior room. There was just 3 fold up beds so not even parents can sleep together, a rail beside the TV to hang clothes on with only 10 hangers, no drawers to put clothes in and just 3 shelves. You have to spend the whole holiday with 90% clothes creased in their cases and iron when using. No where to account to store more than 1 large suitcase out of the way and we had to pile our washing underneath the kettle. The positive for the rooms is that cleaners do an amazing job despite the obstacles when you are left no optician than to leave it as you have to. The rest of the hotel, cleanliness, food, staff, pools, kids entertainment and close shops is really good. Just suggest no more than 2 people to one standard superior room even though it’s advertised sufficient to accommodate 3 unless you’re not fussed on what you get

The Staff are Extremely friendly and welcoming - The Maids are so hard working and provide an exceptional service keeping all the areas and my room beautiful - The Reception Staff are all extremely friendly and happy and the facilities are excellent, cycling facilities ideal I stayed Half Board and the food was extremely good with plenty of options for all tastes - Manuel the Head Chef was fantastic and the Almond Cake , Carrot Cake and Chocolate Brownie Cake were all hand made and exceptional - Just Great The Hotel now being Owned by Cabot is a huge improvement from Fergus who ran it previously I would definitely stay there again

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel is spotless. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The hotel offers bicycles for 10 euro s for an afternoon. The beach is 2 minutes away and is lovely and clean. The hotel has paddle bats and courts for a deposit of 10 euros which you get back.

Just back from a weeks family holiday..lovely break away..we were B&B..breakfast was fine..plenty to choose from with lots fresh fruit available..Nice Hotel..clean..decent size room with balcony..not a lot of storage space but we managed..very comfy beds..slept really well..fridge temperature in our room wasn't very cold..two good size pools..great pool with waterslides for the younger children. Plenty of sunbeds..but downside was they were really uncomfortable to lie on. The pool did have lifeguards but unfortunately they were not always present at the pool!..which i noticed on several occasions!..great location..bars/restaurants/shops close by..5 minutes walk to beach and Promenade..centre about 10-15 minutes walk away..can't comment on entertainment as we never stayed in the hotel at night..but on our return it could be a little bit noisy but it didn't go on all night..drinks at bar seemed reasonably priced..staff were nice and approachable..had an issue with the lock on the balcony door and kettle not working in the room..but both were dealt with the same day..main issues for us were very uncomfortable sunbeds and lifeguards not always present around pool.

We have just returned from a week here (2 adults and a teenager). The hotel communal areas are really nicely decorated and modern and reception always smelt so nice! We had a double room with sea view which was lovely but the rooms (as per other reviews) are quite small and whilst we managed, we missed the space we've had at other hotels in P.Pollensa. We were missing a set of towels when we arrived but this was sorted with reception and we also asked for more pillows as I need more than one. Not masses of storage or anywhere to store cases really but we managed - packing cubes came in handy. The mirror was too close to the bed and we were squeezing past each other a bit but it was clean and the bathroom was nice and the view was lovely from the balcony. The food selection was fine for us, there was always something that we liked. We had lunch and breakfast every day and ate out 3 nights but that was out of choice, not because we didn't like what was on offer. Staff work hard to keep the restaurant running and are always on hand. The drinks at the bars were ok, didn't really rate the on-tap cocktails, they are too sweet. Asked for a strawberry kids mojito and was told I had to pay a euro for the flavouring which I thought was a bit off and some of the drinks were not on the all inclusive so be sure to check the menu. The food in the pool bar at lunch times wasn't amazing, we only ate there once and that was because by the time we arrived we had missed the lunch time in the restaurant. My son used the gym and enjoyed that. Good selection of equipment. Didn't use the spa but it looked nice inside. The pool was fine, just a bit boring looking and would be so much nicer without the grey concrete surrounding it. At times it felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Didn't use the splash park bit but it looked really good fun for kids. The entertainment wasn't as good as what we have experienced before on other hotels but it was something to watch even some nights there is nothing on after the kids mini disco. Really well situated hotel , literally 2 mins from the lovely beach and plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. About a 15 mins walk to the marina and the main buzz off the resort. Such a lovely place to be - this is our 3rd time back here and we love it every time. We really enjoyed our stay, just didn't have the same sort of welcome or buzz as what we have had elsewhere and for that reason we probably wouldn't stay on this hotwl again. But all in all we had a great time.

I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. I travel as a single person. I stayed for 2 weeks. This is the first time I have experienced being put in a solo suite. I couldn't use the mirror to check my outfit at night, It was directly opposite my bed with a less than a foot gap to view myself, the bathroom mirror only was visible from above the sink. If I wished to go from the bathroom to the balcony area I had to side shuffle past the bed the space between the bed and the wall was less than a foot, any time I walked past this mirror it was smudged in cream. I am a solo traveler, I make less mess than a family, and I feel this room was overpriced for my use. There was a single drawer storage about a4 size but 5cm deep. I had to leave alot of my clothes on top of the safe in the wardrobe in a pile. The safe faced inside the wardrobe. So anytime I wished into it I had to remove clothes and put back. The air conditioner is above the door. Cooling the space here. The bed is blocked by the wardrobe, and my temp clock measured 26 or 27 degrees in the room. I know spanish law has a minimum atm. But the fan being closer to the bed, or the bed in the right position would have helped with feeling cooler. The room was the last of the corridor for cleaning and though the bed was made daily, surfaces and floor were not cleaned. The balcony was not cleaned throughout my stay. I was really disappointed as I had such a great experience last time. I will consider other options in future.
