Can Aulí Luxury Retreat - Adults Only

As soon we walked into this beautiful Hotel from the quiet Street I knew that we would definitely be returning. It is even more stunning than the photographs. The ambience that is created by the wonderful staff from the manager to reception, housekeeping and kitchen staff is efficient and yet so relaxed. The decor is exactly as the photos show but it the atmosphere that can’t be shown by a photo alone is what makes it extra special. The breakfasts are divine. Our bedroom was a designers dream and the pool and pool area perfect. The location to the town is just 5 minutes away from the pretty town of Pollenca with its colourful main square. We made some lovely friends and memories in such a short space of time. 6 days of paradise.

We stayed here for 3 nights and wow. The most beautiful perfect hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome drink. They let us check into our room early and wow! The room is stunning. The most amazing waterfall shower; the softest bed sheets: room spray. This room has everything. The breakfast was fantastic, you could have whatever you wanted including pancakes and eggs. The pool area was lovely and never a trouble getting a sunbed. The location is great and lots of restaurants nearby. Also get the bus from round the corner to alcudiq the port and beach. We did this most nights. We can’t wait to come back to this magical hotel!

An impeccable breakfast with first-class products grown in Mallorca. An abundance of healthy and high-quality food for those who follow their diet. Homemade bread, aged cheeses, freshly squeezed juices, muesli, and other snacks at your disposal + ala card menu of your choice. Vegetarian dishes are also available. At the entrance to the hotel, a pleasant man Haynd met, took me to breakfast and gave me a short tour of the restaurant. I would like to express special gratitude to the girls working at the restaurant, Raquel which served us very nicely and attentively, and to the girl who cooked food for us in the kitchen, unfortunately I do not know her name, but the toasts with salmon and avocado were the best)) The hotel has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the smiling manager Anjelo and the charming general manager Karlos, whom we also managed to get to know during our visit to this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend this place for complete relaxation and immersion in an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility.

We loved our stay here and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect anniversary trip and peaceful escape, and the breakfast is wonderful. Shout out to Matteo for his help making our trip extra special with plans.

We stumbled upon this property on a search we did, and boy, are we happy we did. The property was incredible, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms were exactly what we had hoped for, and the food was amazing (especially the brunch). Tony, Angela, and the other staff we encountered - thank you for making our trip so special! We are excited to plan a trip back in the next two years to experience the island and maybe bike/golf a bit this time.

Fantastic hotel and service. We arrived late and got up very early the next day to put our bikes together. A hotel staff offered us coffee, took my husband to the bike garage and then, checked on him later. Our room is beautiful, clean and overlooks the pool. Dinner was delicious. Hotel staff anticipate your every need and are wonderful!

Wow. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in the north of Mallorca. A welcoming home from home with contented and informative staff with a really positive attitude. Room and service was excellent - loved the little touches such as really gorgeous products, chocolates and a brilliant breakfast which goes on until 11am - perfect for romantic couples wanting a lie in! Tucked away down a side street, this is a really tranquil and exceptional place to relax and do as little or as much as you want. Don't bother with a car, the modern bus service is brilliant and taxis helpful. Just soak it in at the courtyard pool and relax. A week is too short, so we will return..!

Can Aulí is a gem! From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome and at ease. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the interior design of the spaces and furnishings. Breakfasts with the open kitchen concept were a really great way to start the day with a great choice of quality local food choices. Staff gave us excellent advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. We had dinner at the hotel on two evenings of our seven day stay and although they emphasise that it’s a bistro not a restaurant, their food rated as highly as any of the restaurants we ate at in town, albeit with less choice. Its location in the centre of Pollenca is perfect for a stay in the north of Mallorca. We loved Can Auli and would highly recommend it.

Loved this place. Pollenca was quiet during this time and so was the hotel - and I loved the peace and quiet of the place. The rooms are cosy (I had a view of the pool), the lounge area is lush - really enjoyed hanging around there reading and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely return if I’m ever in Pollenca again.
