Club del Sol Aparthotel

Great hotel with the nicest , friendly most helpful staff. Food were great too, clean fresh restaurant and lovely welcoming staff. Ideally having a car would be useful as a bit isolated. Great for a chilled weekend in the sun. Rooms really comfortable and well equipped.

Such a lovely place to stay! We were in a self catered apartment as a family of 4 with our adult children on a last minute break. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed and we were in a fantastic area with a lovely terrace facing immaculate grounds. It was fairly quiet with lots of sunbeds free and we found all of the staff to be so friendly. Pollensa is just beautiful and we got taxis each evening to the Port/Old Pollensa or Old Alcudia and ate in some fabulous restaurants! We also visited the spa and had massages which were amazing! We had such a brilliant week away! The only fault I could mention is that the apartment only had one mirror which was in the bathroom and no full length mirror at all, other than that it was perfect! I’m not sure what high summer would be like though, I imagine maybe a different experience as it’s probably very busy! We loved it in September

The hotel complex is in a nice quite a nice area with a frequent bus service. The rooms are fine to a point, the sofa bed mattress was rock solid and hard to sleep on, the AC didn't work due to the patio door being broken and unable to be closed which let in alot of mosquitos during the day, also the safe didnt work, we spent the first 2 hours there getting help from the 1 maintenance guy who thought he had fixed it about 4/5 times and eventually gave up. The guard rail outside the front door was badly put together and was being held together with zip ties, if anybody had actually put some weight onto them it might have snapped the ties. The bars are actually nice and light, pool bar was nicely situated as was the restaurant section for lunch, the bar at night was spacious and incredibly comfy, the only downside was a couple of the bar staff argued about some of the drinks that were on the all inclusive menu and on the last night the bar staff tried charging us for drinks that were on the all inclusive menu. Last thing the food was ok, it was my first experience of all inclusive so there wasn't anything to judge against, the breakfast and dinner buffet filled a hole and lunchtime at the pool side bar was better than I thought, the only thing missing was if you wanted a snack in between meals you had to either go into Alcudia or Pollensa, or use the mini market on site to get your snacks.

We really enjoyed our week here. The breakfast was great, and the apartment was very clean. The location is between Alcudia and the Port Pollenca, so it is easy to get to both places. As it was peak season, we did have to wait for taxis, but not for more than 20 minutes/ half an hour. We did choose to have the buffet one evening, around 8:30pm, and we definitely felt very rushed as they were cleaning up around us while we were still eating. So that was a bit disappointing. There's loads of nice places to eat in the Port and in the Old Town. The pool was really clean and the perfect temperature. Lot's of people reserved sunbeds early in the morning and didn't use them till the afternoon, which is really selfish and annoying. The young lifeguard was also asleep on duty, but we watch our children so we weren't too bothered. The other guy was very vigilant.

Once again another great trip to club del Sol , food is amazing great variety , nice pool areas and bar areas and cleaners are excellant in rooms , my only complaints are bar at children pool is closed meaning a long walk and wait at pool bar and with only one serving it’s a long wait , service in a la carte at lunch was painfully slow at time . Staff were not ran off feet rather cleaning tables than taking orders , food comes out very quick , also the chargrill in main restaurant is fab but a few times the food was undercooked therefore not eating . Big shout to Diego Arlan Jose lius Lizi great bar staff in main bar and also Jose at pool bar ! Will return absolutely no fault with anything else

First family holiday abroad with our 4 year old and Club Del Sol was a perfect base. Pros The hotel is beautiful, clean and very modern. We stayed full board and the food was very good, some night the buffet was better than others but generally a good standard. Staff are all very friendly. Some of the entertainment team were fantastic, others seemed very inexperienced and lacking enthusiasm. Mini disco was great fun The pools and the splash park were very good. Lovely views from the hotel Everything was very convenient around the complex for our little girl Spa is beautiful It is a little out of the main resort but taxis are really easy, we would have worked if we didn’t have a child Cons No playground which is odd considering the number if young kids at the hotel No mirrors in the bedroom/living area Lots of work done around the hotel early in the morning which was noisy We would defo stay here again but I think a few tweaks could make it perfect
