Very nice and modern hotel. Clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay there

We dined at this hotel's restaurant on Valentines Day for first around 19h00. The service was below par at the restaurant. The restaurant seemed under staffĺ on this day. We waited long for our orders to be taken. Eventually, we opted to order the buffet hoping to avoid delay of ordered meals. Some of the buffet dishes were empty.

A value for money experience. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff all round. Located in a very quiet area just within reach of all important amnesties!

my stay at park in was good, the only thing which was disappointing was how i struggled to get cold water due to my room did not have a fridge

Tranquility at its best the place was not hard to find and had the waiting period on arrival is not much the staff know what is expected if them. Keep up the good work definately coming back again

change your bedding. Replace the pillows you are currently using pillows. change bathroom soap every day. Make sure you monitor that food is not finish. we should not wait for food.

The breakfast food was not fresh, staff in the kitchen not friendly. The hotel is promising the location is easily accessible close to the airport and stadium. Please introduce gymnasium. In future I will consider using your hotel it has a potential

The only thing I can critique is that the air conditioning doesn't work properly. But i am happy with my experience overall .

Only once I arrived did I realise a Radisson Park Inn is not like a full blown Radisson. The aircon in my room was not working. My room was hot and stuffy. I kept the windows open day and night. There is no bar fridge in the room and very limited cupboard space. There was exactly two hangers in my cupboard and no closed shelving space. The upright lamp was flickering so I couldn't use it. I found the lighting by the coffee station to be non-existent and extremely dark at night. The Dstv channels were also very limited. The hotel has no gym and I didn't feel it safe enough to walk around the stadium like I did see some people doing. The wifi worked well, there was more than enough safe parking, and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Loved the Hotel, Hospitality, Cleanliness and convenience of where the hotel is situated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and comfortable rooms.
