Castle House Palolem recensioner

Location is ok, around 900meters from beach. Food is ok but complimentary breakfast timing is very short. We missed a morning breakfast because we were 15 mins late than 10:30 am. Very silly excuse they gave.

Location was good. Near the beach. Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were not clean. They closed hotel doors in the night so we were stuck outside for a while.

It was a good stay. The room was good but the washroom door lock was broken. The staff were helpful and allowed early check-in.

The stay was very average. The rooms were not clean and constructions were disturbing. It was not that clean as well

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very rude staff. Don’t know how to talk to guests. Knocking door and giving warning to us. The worst kind of hospitality

Hotel was good and economical and location was convenient to reach nearby beaches. But service is not too much good

Place in full of nature. so down to earth people and quick service. Budget friendly 😉 We were here 4 people as family and it's we awesome experience.

Had a good stay but unfortunate that pool was under maintenance.

The experience was not great : there were frogs inside our washroom and bedroom. The staff is good though - they helped remove the frogs. The property is not maintained well. We had a stay here before covid and it was just amazing then however after covid i think they never recovered - may be they are still trying to.

Not worth for the money we paid, there is no proper lock in the main door of the room, only common lock was available. No tv in the room. No safety. Staff behaviour was good and they are cooperative

Nice hotel with restro...hotel is nice room is also good ...but room have no tv or no phone so if you want to order something than walk to reception.....pool is good. Tasty food....and famous Palolem beach is near ...and remember if you book room with breakfast than note they give you only 1 item with 1 parson not unlimited breakfast...
