New hotel but already a lot of wear from high traffic. My room was nice and the bed clean and comfortable. Parking is oddly only on one side of the building. I appreciate that fact that my room was quiet and I didn’t hear a lot of noise. Back door on the facility doesn’t lock.

The front desk staff were amazing. Super friendly. They sang Happy Birthday to me, helped me to my room and made sure everything was okay. The hotel was very clean, even with construction workers coming in to stay. The rooms were quiet, bed was comfy. The only negatives I have is that the back door was not locked at all times, even though the sign said it was, and the caulking in my shower had a lot of mold on it. Probably needs to be replaced!

They have the Friendliest management and personnel. Very clean rooms, lobby and hallways. Lots of clean towels and paper products. The beds were very nice and comfortable with enough pillows. Small refrigerator and microwave worked perfectly.

Under new management! Have stayed here twice in the last two weeks and both times have been great. Clean updated rooms, great breakfast, and the staff has been very courteous and professional. Would recommend staying here to anyone who may be in Ponca City for business or travel.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. I was chatting with one of the staff members while I was smoking a cigarette outside. They informed me that the pool pump had been stolen and the owner had no plans of replacing it. They also mentioned that the owner never fixes anything in the place. When I inquired if they lived there, they said that everyone who works there lives on the premises. Here are the issues I encountered: - No breakfast - No internet - Broken ice machines - TV dish not working due to unpaid bill - Non-functional phones in the rooms - No pool (pump stolen) - No sunny side (snacks) - No shampoo or body wash in the room The next day, I asked the general manager for a discount, but he was rude and dismissive. My recommendation is to avoid staying here!

No internet service, no working TV, pool closed. Only dry cereal for breakfast. No snacks, poor service

Room booked not available. Cash only unless you booked online with card. No ice machines working. Room was without towels or soap and shampoo. No TV service. Unable to get wifi password. Don't know if it was working.

Rooms not clean when we checked in, complained to front desk, were rude about it, no towels, no toiletries, no ice machines, no tv, no WiFi, no pool, breakfast was terrible, keys stopped working for both rooms, couldn’t find anyone to help us

Reservation doesn't mean you get a clean and available hotel room. Staff didn't have a clue which rooms were available or clean. We checked in at 9:30 pm. They acted like they were short staffed and there appeared to be no management on site to keep the staff working. After we waited for a room to be cleaned, we found out the TV Service was all down and all the Ice Machines were out of order.

I'd be willing to bet that corporate hasn't been to this location in quite some time. Place is falling apart and you have tweaker types running it. Maintenance "man" was riding his little bicycle around the hotel, almost hit me coming down the stairs. These fools run the place like it's a crack house.

Do NOT.. I repeat, do NOT stay here. Don’t make the mistake I did. Read the recent reviews. Read yelp and google and whoever if you don’t believe me. Save your time, money, hassle and headache and do NOT go here. It’s stuff you almost have to experience it to believe it but just don’t. Also if you try to contact Wyndham corporate, they are no help.

No towels, broken pool, no coffee, broken shower drain, toilet flooded. Had to buy towels at Walmart and clean the bathroom floor after it flooded. Maintenance pulled out a huge clump of hair and refused to cleanup the feces soaked towels on the floor.

We had a positive experience at this hotel, and we spent three nights. The room was clean and quiet. Nice bathroom. The only downfall was the breakfast food was mildly disappointing. When we were there a lot of contractors were also staying. These hard workers turn in early and leave early which makes for a quiet lodging. Free parking and a convenient location on Ponca’s main avenue. Pool was is drained during our stay.
