Incredible comfort, food, and service! We went to Misty Ocean with a large group of students visiting India for the first time, and the entire staff were extremely accommodating, warm, and hospitable. We had several students with dietary restrictions and they were very attentive to their needs as well. Thank you to all at Misty Ocean for being so wonderful!

The hotel has a good room well designed, but is not very close to the beach, view of the ocean is visible from some rooms

Although a little far from centre of the town, the location is excellent near sea beach. My sea facing room had excellent view of the sea even from the bed. Food was very good, amenities were excellent and the most important was the polite and helpful behaviour of the staff specially manager. Had excellent stay

Property is clean and at good location. Sea beach is 5 min. Walk. Checkin was delayed but they compensated with late checkout.

Overall it was a pleasant stay in the misty ocean. It is a new property and rooms are well maintained and clean. The food tasted really good with sufficient quantity and price point. It is near auto beach but auro beach is not one of the best beach there. It is a rather dirty beach. You can't swim there due to the strong current and sudden drop. The hotel staff were really courteous. Location is ok.

First of all its away from the city on the highway. After a sleepless night and 6 hour drive the Check in experience was poor, the room given had not been cleaned. We came down again and they arranged another room. This had ac issues and was not sorted. The technician came twice changed filter but nothing really improved infact the manager also visited on request. We managed with the fan as we were out for work the whole day. Food options are very limited, even e-commerce deliveries are limited as nothing is available in the near vicinity. The TV does not play local channels too, the reception asks you if you have YouTube / any OTT access you can connect to TV. The beach is across the busy highway road and needs a km walk to access. After a recent delightful Kumbakonam Bergamont experience this was a total disaster right from beginning to the very end of billing.

Really nice and clean hotel. Reasonable rates. We had a one-day visit of Pondicherry. Reached at about noon and the hotel gracefully checked us in, early. They have a nice restaurant serving decent South Indian food. It is located on the highway to Chennai, a few KM from the French quarters of Pondicherry, which kind of helped us, because we toured the town in the evening, came to the hotel for dinner, and was on our way towards Chennai the next morning after an early breakfast, included with the room.

I have booked a room as guests 2 and kids 2 and also mentioned the age of kids also at the time of booking, and payed the full amount in makemy trip but the hotel charged 3000rs extra for kids

Overall interaction starting from reception to the cafeteria is excellent. Clean and hygienic place. Staff is quite helpful and family friendly.
