Good stay in the heart of pondicherry. Very close to the beach and great vibe

I have always been dreaming about traveling to India and visit Pondicherry! This year, I decided to make it happen! Thanks to my travel agent Services International, who made the reservations for me at the Le Dupleix, Pondicherry, this dream has been fulfilled with aplomb! My brief stay of three nights at this wonderful hotel in the center of town, gave me all the chances to see and experience what visiting Pondicherry is like! The time I took to visit, the guide Babur that accompanied me around town for the day, and the driver Mr Bala from Services International made the trip take place with absolute pleasure! But the staff at the Dupleix headed by Ms Kutiva, Ms Jemima, their housekeeping group with Ms Padmani made my stay here all the more pleasurable! It broke my hear to leave Pondicherry today, but I hope that the chance will come again soon! This time I will plan to visit with my friends and some family as well! I will give The Dupleix a very high recommendation, best to ask for rooms at the ground or second floors! Everything else will just fall into place and make you love reaching Pondicherry even more! We had gone for a dinner and it was really yummy….. Ryulaw and Deepmala took great care in giving us our orders on time….. only suggestion is to add a few more dishes from French cuisine that would have been an icing on t cake……. Keep up the good work

Stay was good, enjoyed a lot need little maintenance for hotel apart from all good special mention and thanks to Jemima and padminii for making our stay more memorable, the way of caring smiling everything great, everyone is so helpful can't remember all the name thank u all

Nice stay, it's was excellent trip for us we enjoyed a lot special thanks to ms. Jemima she was so good and taking care of us making feel like a home, explained well about the prime location that's the reason we saw every place nicely thank u team each and every second we fell the comfortability

The hotel common areas are very good and historic and the food offered in the restaurant was superb, We had penthouse rooms and these let the hotel down, whilst clean they are tired and odd with the walls being glass (frosted) the beds were extremely high you needed a step to get in and could do with a step on both sides only only one is in the Room meaning someone had to jump to get into bed. Whilst the hotel mentions a swimming pool this is at a sister property about a 10 min walk away
