I went to Bangalore and stayed in Tulip Inn Koramangala for 2 days. I must say that the stay was remarkably perfect and peaceful. Mr. Ravi ( Manager) is very humble , kind and accommodative

We had a great time here in accord....we travelled with a baby and we felt home where every staff paid attention to my baby....and the restaurant was the best of all....rooms were neat....house keeping was perfect and the service was the best.....hari babu sir from seasons restaurant was very helpful with baby foods....dayana at house keeping was very helpful in keeping room near...... please keep it up....atlast vanaja mam gave some tourist tips which was very helpful....and she was very helpful.....

Gym was neat and clean with minimum required equipment’s. The trainer is present all time ane Mr Vinodh is having a good knowledge about proper form. I would suggest to visit the gym if you have time and want to flex. And the pool was maintained neatly, if you are swim lover pls do spend some quality time in the water.

This place is the best.. The restaurant here “Season” and “ Essence” is just awesome. “Essence” is has got the best drink and Chef Mani ‘s magic is amazing when it comes to the food they serve. More than the food it’s the people there Hari, Kannan, Priti, Emmy and Sugmal ( that’s a few I remember ) but all the members are very good and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for people how want to eat really good food. Special mention about the Front Office manager ( Vetri) who has always been very understanding to ensure we have had a pleasant stay whenever we come. Reception executive Selvalalgan does a very good job when it comes to welcoming guest and ensure we are check in and checked out without any hassle or delay… definitely take time to say Hi to these guy. I assure you that they will make your experience more than what you expect !

Best place I very seen in Pondicherry, it's specially bar manager Mr Kanappan was extremely thankful service. He was awesome doing. He made our day. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for Accord hotel pondicherry. the best in town. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.

The dining experience was delightful with tasty food, warm service, and a cozy ambiance. While non-veg options and desserts were great, the buffet lacked variety for vegetarians. Expanding the veg options would make it more inclusive for all diners.

Rooms are excellent, house keeping services and other services are also great. Met Mrs Vanaja, the Manager who invited us to their Christmas cake mixing event and made us have a great time there. Overall the hotel is the best stay in Puducherry, highly recommended.

I am a frequent traveler and I've stayed my share at 5 star hotels. Accord is not a 5 star hotel but the experience here at the hotel was nothing less than 10 star. Everything right from the moment we entered the hotel was very memorable. The staff here is among the friendliest I've seen, and the service and quality of service was just extraordinary. We were traveling with a 1 year child. The way the entire staff played with her all 4 days made our trip! Everything was excellent - the food, the breakfast in particular, the housekeeping, the reception service, the bellboys, the amenities. The icing on the cake was the kids area which we enjoyed a lot. I am not naming any individuals in the fear of missing out on a couple of names, but each and every member from the housekeeping, reception, kids area and restaurant deserve special applause. One of the best stays ever!
