Azorean Urban Lodge

We stayed here, too, as part of a travel deal, and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and we enjoyed having a fridge for our leftovers. The bathroom leaves something to be desired as more ventilation would rid it of the musty smell. However, we loved the location and would stay again.

Good place to stay! This was booked through a travel deal, so we didn't really "choose" this place, however we were very happy staying here. Room was clean, easy to find. You can park on the street or in a small lot very close by off of the street. It was a good home base for all of the adventure that we had on the island! We stayed in the bullfinch room, only complaint was that the shower head was very low and you had to hold it while showering (then trying to avoid touching the really long hose), and there was no shelf in the shower to put anything. The washer and dryer were small but worked - washer was slightly moldy (fairly expected with communal spaces) and the dryer took a really long time to dry clothing, but it worked. Overall, I would recommend staying here, and would definitely consider staying again if we are back on the island in the future!

Nous avions une chambre au 2eme étage. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais c'était parfait. Lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne à la réception mais nous avions reçu la veille un email avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour retirer la clé. A noter aussi que, à notre demande, notre correspondante de l'hôtel nous a réservé un taxi pour retourner à l'aéroport le lendemain à l'heure de notre choix. Le seul problème est que les avions passent littéralement au dessus de votre tête en journée, mais lors de la nuit ou nous avons séjourné, il n'y a pas eu de traffic aérien.
