This hotel is located very close to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room nice and clean. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, where the food is delicious. Only problem is that the waiters dont speak a lot of English.

We arrived late morning and the hotel staff had our rooms ready already - that was a nice touch. Great buffet breakfast, and the bar (in the restaurant) is excellent. Rooms were lovely. Make sure you go for a river view - the balconies overlook the river.

A very good hotel in one of the nicest places in the camino, with very good service, location was great especially for Peregrinos of the Camino de Santiago. The hotel restaurant is also recommended for dinner.

Very bad manner at the reception desk!! I dont recommend. I just arrived to the city and the woman at the reception desk was very unfriendly. Otherwise the hotel lies just right mext.to the river. Still.dont recommend.

We chose the hotel Imperio norte for its location and indeed it is great, over looking the avenue of plane trees and a walking distance from the historic center. But that where it stops. Other than that the property is souless, dull and bland at best. No character, small bedrooms but functionnal. The worst thing has to be the breakfast experience: a self service buffet with low quality items, including cheap canned orange juice, when there are plenty of orange trees in the country, all this in a canteen-like dining room clearly catering primarily to groups.

Tive uma boa experiência no Hotel Império do Norte. Embora o hotel seja antigo, está bem remodelado e sem pretensões, oferecendo tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso a tudo em Ponte de Lima, e o pessoal é muitíssimo simpático e prestável. No entanto, o pequeno-almoço deixou um pouco a desejar, com opções limitadas e uma reposição algo lenta. Acredito que uma melhoria neste ponto faria uma grande diferença na experiência geral. Apesar disso, foi uma estadia agradável, e com certeza voltarei a ficar aqui quando voltar a Ponte de Lima.

Hotel com quartos remodelados, pequenos mas agradáveis. Base de duche nas casas de banho das melhores que já vi para quem tem crianças ou seniores com dificuldade. Áreas sociais espaçosas e limpeza impecável. Restaurante do hotel muito agradável com muito boa relação preço/qualidade. Localização excelente para quem como nós foi passar o fim de semana para as festas das Feiras Novas e que ainda por cima tem parque privativo!

Quarto muito acolhedor que primava pelo asseio e com varanda com vista para o rio Lima.. Wi-Fi espetacular. Estacionamento privativo. Pequeno-almoço de excelente qualidade. Restaurante com excelente comida. Funcionários atenciosos e muito simpáticos.

Hotel bem localizado, central, na vila de Ponte de Lima. Adorei a vista do quarto, para mim maravilhosa! A limpeza do quarto e de todas as áreas impecável, com brio. Pequeno-almoço completo e com produtos de qualidade. De referir a simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os colaboradores. Experimentamos o restaurante do Hotel, Tasca Caribe, recomendo o arroz de tamboril, delicioso. Recomendo a quem procure um hotel simples, limpo, confortável e com um atendimento acolhedor.
