Looking for a place to spend the night while visiting a friend. Room space is up to standard and the hygiene is at par. One hiccup is during check-in, the hotel system indicated that I need to settle payment upon arrival, but in fact I have already paid up in advance. The front desk (sorry I have not asked his name) was helpful enough to sort out the problem and settled it in 5 minutes time.

I love premier Inn Hotel Bournemouth, first and second time, really enjoyed the room, seeing the view and it was fabulous. I just can’t believe that I came back to Bournemouth Premier Inn Hotel for one night only and everything has changed. I’m happy.

Able to book in early. Room was clean and adequate. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. This was our second visit to this hotel. Would stay there again.

My stay in Poole north was wonderful, all the staff were amazing!! Luisa and Caitlin behind the bar made my night even better with their kind attitude. Rooms were clean and tidy and evening meal was cooked to perfection.. Definitely will stay again !!

Having just arrived we were unable to check in at 2.30pm on 10th July 25 unless we paid £15 having been advised by the member of staff. This apparantly is despite clarifying that the room was ready. There is a £15 surcharge for early check in. Check in is 3pm. All I received from from the member of staff was a lecture that if he let me in early (half an hour) for nothing then it wouldn't be fair on those that have paid £15. I completely understand the charge for pre early check in but to request £15 because we arrived half an hour early. We have always chosen Premier Inn for simple and comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. This really offended me that the member of staff was so clearly principled over half an hour it made my decision NOT to eat breakfast, or dinner and whilst I waited I did not feel I wanted to buy a drink. It backfired Premier Inn with the what I'd say was an unwelcome greeting.

The sink in our bathroom was cracked . We had issues with the check-in machine and our key-cards. The soundproofing very poor - it seemed like there were elephants in the room above us! We would definitely try a different Premier Inn next time we go to Poole.

The hotel is clean and in good condition. Beds are comfortable, the pillows in our room were a bit hard but ok. Generally a good Premier Inn for an overnight stay. Unfortunately the floors are not solid/concrete so could hear the people above and they were up all hours.

Great stay ,amazing staff .Rob looked afted our stay and we can't thank him enough , everything we have asked for it was easily sorted. Room was nice and clean ,restaurant amazing brand New and service 5 stars. We have enjoyed Breakfast and dinner Thank you team for looking after us
