Inn the Town

The host was extremely friendly and responsive when I booked last-minute very late in the evening. It was great to find that the room was exactly as pictured, and the bathroom and linens were pristinely clean! The a/c works very well (we like it icy cold!), and the beds are very comfortable. I ended up booking additional nights because I was so impressed with the accommodations. After I left, the host quickly contacted me because I left something behind. The ocean is directly in front of the property, and there are a variety of places to eat just steps away. This was an A+ experience, one of the best places I've stayed. We are definitely returning!

This is an excellent place to stay. As a visiting portlander, I wanted to stay here to give feedback to my sister, who wants to stay here. I stayed in a junior suite with an ocean view. The room is very large, clean, tidy, and fresh. Number lock for your room. Located in the centre of portland Town centre, Port Antonio with all facilities around you including shops, bars, pier and taxis etc. Staff are always on the grounds for any help or advice. You have a key phobe to get through the main gate. Was able to book 5 minutes away from the property. In regular and easy contact with the agent,I was also able to pay via an invoice from the agent. I have videos that I sent to my sister, who is very interested but i am unable to load videos. The only negative thing would be to put small cooking facilities in one of the Junior Suites with Ocean view. In the morning, it would be nice to be able to get up and cook something for breakfast than have to go out for breakfast so early when you just want to relax a bit when you wake up. To put a gate on the stairs leading up stairs with the same lock as the as you use for the main gate so that no strangers can get on the upstairs landing. Due to the downstairs apartments being the first to be done they now need a fresh coat of paint and a bit of odd jobs doing, not costing much in there to make it look fresh and bright as its a beautiful property.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views. Spotlessly clean on arrival and staff team more than accommodating with very good security . Property comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary equipment you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Right on hip strip where local food is available should you choose not to cook. Prompt confirmation of booking and welcome pack sent with instructions. Will definitely return to the property.

Very new, very clean and helpful staff. No breakfast provided, but facilities in the room. Very convenient for an overnight stop if you're passing through Port Antonio, or longer if you want to make it a base for your travels

We spent two nights at this facility and was really impressed with the ambiance, the view of the sea was breathtaking, rooms were clean, beds comfortable and staff were friendly and professional. I will be returning and would recommend this facility to anyone.

My daughter and I had to change hotels last minute and where lucky enough to spend a few days at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are pure luxury, the view amazing and the staff attentive, friendly and very accommodating. Brandon & Kavaughn made sure we looked after during our stay. Look forward to coming back.
