The fire alarm always beeping during whole night. We called the receptionist for helping, but no one ans after 8pm. Then we followed the instrustion and find the emergency manager, did not pick up the phone. And we also want to leave the msg, the mail box was full!! In the morning the house keeper was ready to clean up the house and we told her that the problem, she said she will followup but till now i hv not received any email… Otherwise everything was ok

Was charge additional because 2 kids? I have show all people when I made booking. Have no choice, can only pay at counter, if not pay can not stay. Contact trip customer service , no useful at all!

A great place for an overnight stopover on GOR 2d1n.

The location is great which is 15 min away from the main london bridge. The room is pristine clean and well equipped. Only drawback being the washroom basin was filled with ant and after a few hours we were moved to a new unit. The front desk staff is quite supportive and helpful

Wouldn’t choose this place again if I were to visit the area again. A bit old, the place is very enclosed and can’t see outside. The plus side is it is 10 mins away from 12 Apostles.

Nice quaint hideout in Port Campbell. Fuss free for a night's stay during our road trip along the GOR.

面積很大的 villa，有個迷你户外露台，離開小鎮中心餐廳有點距離，整體還不錯的

離小鎮步行10分鐘，不吵鬧，很好很方便，各種餐具齊全，還有電飯煲

不介意螞蟻的話是個很好的選擇，衣櫃裏衞生間都是螞蟻。隔音不太好，

兩天一晚大洋路上的休息點，在campbell小鎮入鎮口。每個房間應該都是單獨的一套兩層套房。我們可能去的比較晚，沒有工作人員辦理check in。電鈴呼叫後告知預訂人員姓名後工作人員會在後台確認房號和鑰匙位置，退房和入住全程自助。三卧室格局為樓下單獨兩個大床房，樓上閣樓兩張小床。閣樓房沒有房門，隔音效果會差一點。套房配有一個衞生間，一個洗衣房，還有廚房和客廳。感覺更適合家庭入住。campbell小鎮上有超市和飯店，還有一個很美的小海灘。

獨立的小別野，房號多少就停幾號車位，三個房間共二張大床三張小床，早晚很冷要開熱空調，中午很熱要開冷空調，廚具齊全但很舊，離小鎮熱鬧地方走路10分鐘，沒有清潔服務全需自己動手，汽車旅館都差不多。

感覺真的不太好，二樓暖風機跟拖拉機一樣噪音很大,空調又不足以支撐屋裡的温度，房間裏很多螞蟻，廚房的衞生拐角處都是油漬，意外的是竟然有電飯鍋,感覺就是拉中國遊客的，服務也很一般，不推薦

有獨棟別墅，每個別墅都有自己的序號並且有對應編號的停車場，附近也有很多吃的，步行就能去，就是晚上路邊沒燈，最好日落之前就去

房間非常寬敞舒適，各種設施齊備！唯一的遺憾就是沒多住幾天。地理位置優越，傍晚或是清晨看十二門徒很方便。前台小姐姐熱情可愛，有機會一定再去！！
