Very Disappointed Stay The bedsheets were dirty and clearly not freshly changed. The pillows were yellowed and looked unhygienic. On top of that, the facilities were old and poorly maintained.

Hotel is walkable to the beach with ample parking (unguarded)  at the side.  Reception could work on their customer service skills. Staff was uninterested. The key card given was faulty and we had to go back to reception twice before the staff decided to go up to our room with us to discover the door was faulty and needed physical key. Had to pay RM100 deposit when we checked in at 9pm. Tried to check out at 7am but no one was at the counter. When called, was told check out was after 8am. Was asked to WA account number for deposit refund which has not been done until now, 10 days after despite multiple messages back and forth. Room has acceptable beds and amenities, matching room price. Good for an overnight stay only. Stay here if you have limitless patience.

The hotel is new and clean. I like the room flooring. However only 1 of the 2 lifts is working. The water taps keeps dropping off and i believe it is due to the materials used.
