the food is ok, the facilities in the room are not maintained, and the bed is not comfortable because when you move a little.. the bed will make noise.

love our stay here, except that there are ants everywhere. plus the water heater not working very well. but very good for couples to honeymoon

We stayed at Premium Water Chalet which is very nice. The Executive lounge is wonderful. Enjoy the beatiful sunset. We had so much fun together. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings at the hotel.

In the afternoon at 3pm we arrived, and there was long queue. And it took me 40mins in the queue. Since there was only 2 staff there working on the checkin, but the way is very old fashioned. After I arrived at my room. There is no shower towels. So then u called the front desk. It took me more than half an hour to get through, no one was picking the phone and in the end I called the spa centre to get my towels.the breakfast is not that good as usual. Besides that, the view is great.

Just last min plan to stay here but everything was good... the vibe is a little bit bali style.. i stay in water chalet... the scenery was so awesome... the facilities also well maintain...

Love it everything here perfect. For family there is day bed in all rooms definitely coming back

Dated hotel..furnitures and room made of wood, need upgrades. We got room 520, Goa side at first.. door malfunction when we open it. Bit hard to open, need to be careful. Wooden blinds as well, heavy n dated too. Called reception n ask for room change. Change to room 604, near the avi lounge, Cochin side. Better room, upgraded plastic blinds. More manageable. Tiles in bathroom are moldy, due to leak from shower i think. Thankfully the resort is not that crowded.. we have our honeymoon peacefully. The sunset viee is soooo nice. Makes it a memorable stay.

we need to change to almost 3 room due to technical issues and management . 1. a/c not working, have to wait so long until the technician come. try to fixed cannot be done. 2. change to other room, but the management gave wrong room. supposedly king bed, but give twin bed. 3. Then, they try to transfer us to the other room, quite far and not suitable for us . as we have special kid. we need to accept what ever given as the manager said there is no.more room.

Specious room & toilet, family friendly. But never cleaning the toilet and room. Someone hair on waterspout at toilet when i checked-in, Water supply not running, a lot of dust in and outside of air conditioners. Bed sheet had a stained. Terrified hotel based on my experience. The staff don’t care about when i complained the room condition.

Room is dusty. Side tables and floors are also dusty. There is also hair everywhere. Shower booths are outside. Only bath towels are available. Amenities are minimal and need to be brought in. Only one restaurant. Insect repellent required. The rooms are also marked as not being allowed to leave the windows open. (Insects get into the room.) Disappointing. Location is good. The sound of the waves wakes you up and the view is good. The sea is not clean and you can't enter it. For travellers, it is recommended to visit with low expectations.

Im enjoy with the view here. Very nice place. Staff very friendly. Highly recommemded to stay here

One of the best hotels in PD😘 Everything was perfect for a short getaway. Definitely coming back for more!
