Seascape Holidays at Seascape Temple

We booked through Seascape Holidays and stayed at Sea Temple Port Douglas The resort itself was great however unbeknownst to us, the Seascape managed rooms are not cleaned as part of the resort but rather managed and cleaned by Seascape themselves. The room we were placed in by Seascape Holidays had severe mould on the kids single bed and this was only discovered 5 nights in when their housekeeper attended to change the sheets and my wife removed the mattress protector. After having discussions with the Seascape owner, he later confirmed their mattress protectors aren’t changed after each visit and couldn’t tell me when was the last time they were changed as in his words It would not be possible for them to change these at all their locations after each and every person visits! This is absolutely hideous! See the images. Furthermore, they offer no refund nor compensation! I wish I had read these reviews on Seascape before hand, will never use them again!
