I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a charge made to my account for a booking at your hotel, which I neither made nor stayed for. In early December, I received a call requesting payment for what I understood to be the outstanding balance at the Southern Sun, where I had stayed. However, it has since come to my attention that the payment of R4000+ was processed for your hotel instead. I never booked, confirmed, or stayed at your establishment, and I am extremely perplexed as to how the exact balance from my Southern Sun stay was used to facilitate this charge. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I respectfully request a full refund of R4000+ as soon as possible. Please investigate this matter urgently and provide an explanation for how this error occurred. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
