Guesthouse needs a revamp - painting etc. Place looks tired and past its prime. The owner did not come to meet or welcome us. We saw a For Sale sign outside so we presumed that she had lost interest in being involved. The pool looked uninviting and stark with a lack of flowers of vegetation of any kind.

Stayed at Blue Lotus Guesthouse for 3 days in Oct 2023. Ann (the host) is very welcoming and helpful. The room looks great, and it is tidy. Location is excellent: less than a minute of walk to the beach. There is a mall and another shopping centre nearby - both within walking distance.

The room 3 was not only exquisite but I fell in love the moment I was given the opportunity to look at it. The grounds are of excellent condition and privacy is much received. The staff is very polite and respectable everything was on point and I look forward to having another stay at The Blue Lotus Guest House.

Ann's place is lovely! It's located in a great neighborhood, only 2 blocks from the beach. The rooms are all inside a gated area so you feel safe (and know your vehicle is safe as well). The pool area was nice, and the whole yard is landscaped. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and Ann was very friendly. I would 100% recommend Ann's place.

We stayed at blue lotus guesthouse during the weekend of Ironman 2023 and it was amazing. With all the stress surrounding Ironman Ann and her team ensured our stay was as peaceful and stress free as possible! The rooms were fantastic and so clean. The location was perfect, place right in the heart of all the excitement but in a secure spot where you could escape the noise to relax

Room is very clean and neat. Only thing I would suggest is putting a rug on the floor near the beds. Floors are very cold. Water bottles could have also been provided. Lovely location, close to the beach.

The host was very friendly and responsive. I arrived late around 9 pm driving from East London and the host took the time to welcome me and ensured I had all that I need for the night. It was my second stay at Blue Lotus and will be back again

Owners were friendly. Space was clean. Close to all the right places. Having a little bar fridge in the room was a good addition to my stay. Only downside was finding out I can't have any visitors. Good place if you planning on being alone.
