The place is very tired and needs money spent to update and maintain the properties - plug sockets almost came out the wall, the doors all had peeling paint, the upstairs was damp in the bathroom and bedrooms and the kitchenette was not fit for purpose with mould and tired appliances/equipment. The 'food truck' didn't even turn up one night and reception was only open a few hours each day. Not appropriate for young families as the rooms were so cramped there was no space for our daughters travel cot and the place was filthy.

There are Rats on the site and big ones - needs more pest control. The fact that there is no bar or restaurant on site, or within easy walking is not good with the number of properties a bar would pay for itself. Design of our property left a lot to be desired, toilet downstairs, while there is room on bedroom floor in bathroom to get a toilet, also no means of getting air flow through the property as no window on door elevation. but the biggest complaint was there was no internet, a property of this size to have inadequate internet in 2022 is inexcusable and the fact they say limited before booking means they know of the problem, so would be better to say 'no internet' then they would be providing what they provided us, this substantially reduces the value for money, the manager on check out smiled and said yes to it not being good, this is an insult, if is was UK, I would have wanted some money back, I France I have to reluctantly accept, due to language and distance No email address to contact them

Maisons vieillissantes mais surtout sales. C'est notre 3eme séjour et là, vaisselle et placards sales, sèche serviettes HS, frigo sale qui ne ferme pas, chaises et table extérieures sales++++++, cendrier plein de mégots etc. Inadmissible vu le prix. Chiens en liberté qui font leurs besoins que personne ne ramasse.... Mais à la réception on nous dit que ce n'est pas de leur faute...... Stationnement n'importe comment.... On n'y retournera pas
