First level as a beautiful open Livingroom with cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans that overlooks the river. You can watch TV on the 55" smart TV or you can relax on the deck and enjoy the river, watching the boats, birds and other wild life that also is attached to the river. Also, on the first level is a nice size kitchen and half bath.The second level has the laundry that is well stocked with everything you need. From soap to the ironing board you will need. Come find the "secret" back staircase to what was the maid's room in the past.We require the booking person to stay in the home for the booking days/nights as the responsible point of contact. We do not allow bookings for someone else or other people. We welcome children and because of the historical nature of the home, we ask that parents keep an eye on them while in the home and on the property.Location, location, location!
