Bad attitude, as I understand of giving deposit, but can have a shower first and a rest after a long journey? Y saying cannot give air con control? We take a rest, and go ATM for taking money can’t? Even offer transfer/ tng also not allow for deposit. Just a rest after a long journey also not allow… it’s just 6pm. We even haven’t dinner. towel is dirty

Arrive for check in, was told the room we booked were sold out to others as they did not receive the payment we already made to trip.com Instead of a double room, we were given single room with no window. Where I believe it is lower price then what we already paid to trip.com. Once arrive at room, my ID card were not given and need to go down to registration and ask for my ID card. And also need to ask for towel as only 1 towel given in the room. Refer picture. Door safety lock also hard to push and the chain is broken. Refer picture.

1. Persekitaran dan perkhidmatan bagus, penyambut tamu pun mesra, kedai makan melayu agak susah untuk didapati 2. Kebersihan 4⭐️, cuma pada masa saya keluar jalan2 dan bila balik semula ke hotel ada sisa2 makan pada lantai bilik mandi, dari mana sisa makanan tu saya tak pasti, 🤔 3. Semasa tempahan melalui trip.com saya menempah bilik deluxe with window tetapi semasa check in mereka memberi saya deluxe room without window, menurut mereka tidak mengikut apa yang kita temoah itu , jika tiada kekosongan, saya sangat kecewa dengan perkara itu
