Avoid the hotel if you can.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They have non-shampoo and conditioner as a hotel policy. Even if you go to the front desk and ask, they don't help you because they don't have shampoo and conditioner. They just give a bar of soap and one towel.
the bathtub had mold
The room air condition was really noisy.
the hotel has stairs to access the lobby and the second floor. I didn't see any elevator to get to the second floor. Nobody helps you with the luggage.
The good thing, the hotel has a shuttle to airport.

I accidentally left one of my favorite t shirt on the bed and checked out the next morning. Hoping that the housekeeping would have put it in lost and found. The next time I checked in I asked no one even bothered to help. Room 237. #thieves_________

No hot water from the shower, no bath mat, only one towel put in the room (quite small too like a child's towel). The newly appointed finance minister for PNG had his people celebrating there, and it looked like some block party at the poolside. The buffet food was so plain but the dessert was much better.

Booked for a two-bedroom apartment for the Christmas Period. Time of check in however there were no available two bedrooms available, but they upgraded us to a three bedroom because we paid in advance. Customer Service was great, room was amazing with a great view of the airport - Definitely made the holiday much more special. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short stay in POM with family.

Nice and comfortable stay. Stay was short, but those few hours were very comfortable. Also a good place to have business meeting and conferences. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the international airport terminal which is a big plus.

Good experience, nice facilities, super staff, everything neat and clean. Good for family, business, and solo travellers. Be it business event, family function, casual, formal entertainment, work, leisure, there is everything. Like it.
