Erakor Island Resort & Spa

It was good, nice view, nice people. Unfortunately I got bite from some insects after I woke up. Overall is perfect. Recommend

Where do I start - this was my second time visiting Erakor Island Resort and won't be my last time...This time we stayed with a large group of family (19 in total) for 7 days. The resort is equiped with everything you would need to do everything or nothing at all. But most of all the best part of the island is undoubtably the people. Their smiling faces and willingness to go out of their way to help make your stay enjoyable makes it very hard to say goodbye. The girls (Lita, Natalie and Aunty Sarah) in the Tour Hut offer knowledgable suggestions for mainland tours etc, and Frazer is always fun. They also helped us plan a surprise birthday party for my husband and was beautifully set up by Alice. Breakfast always included a smile and flower from Annie, Fay and Johanna just to name a few. A great place to stay for families, couples and everything inbetween. Special thanks to Cherie for helping organise such a big group too.

I read about the food and customer service before leaving - but it exceeded expectations. Everyone from gardeners, guest services, amazing day spa, restaurant workers, housekeepers to the 24hr boat drivers were always demonstrating their beautiful Vanuatu value making you feel welcomed. They said the kids would cry when they left Freda from kids club - they weren’t wrong! She will become part of your life As for the accomodation- it’s beach front where you can literally swim from the doorstep from majority of the rooms! If you want a place to unwind on a little island, this is it! There’s also easily accessible drivers if you want to explore the mainland straight from the ferry boat. (About 5 mins from mainland) We stayed in a room with a spa bath outdoors such a great room. But they also gave larger self contained houses and respite rooms suitable for larger families. Highly recommend
