Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Vila recensioner

I cannot recommend the Ramada Resort at Port Vila more highly. The location & food are great, the facilities are modern & comfortable, but it is the quality of service that truly sets the Ramada apart. My family and I stayed at the Ramada Resort following the earthquake that impacted Port Vila / Vanuatu on Dec 17, 2024. At the time of the earthquake, we were on our way to the airport to leave Vanuatu and so, found ourselves with no accommodation once it became apparent that commercial flights would not resume for many days. The Australian Embassy informed us of a few hotels around Port Vila that were accepting guests & we made the fortuitous decision of selecting the Ramada. From our arrival to our departure, several days later, the Ramada staff worked tirelessly to help guests & locals who were impacted by the earthquake. Ben Smith, the General Manager of the Ramada, was exemplary in leading his team, inexhaustibly working to ensure the highest possible level of service in extremely challenging circumstances. We are grateful to Ben Smith and the Ramada staff & highly recommend the Resort to anyone considering travel to Port Vila.
