Private: property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars). We have been on holiday for a week in this beautiful and fantastic house. We were welcomed by Stefano who gave a nice presentation of the house and the surroundings. The house is beautiful and completely restored with respect for the original details. Ind

It's a very nicely renovated house. The owner has preserved the character of the house. You have the feeling of living in an original Italian farmhouse. The house is in a very quiet location, but still central, i.e. all places worth seeing can be reached

Das Anwesen liegt in den Hügeln in der Nähe von Asti. Das Haus wurde neu renoviert und der Garten mit dem Pool sehr schön gestaltet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
