One of the most professional hotels I have ever stayed at, offering exceptionally kind, attentive, and remarkably helpful service throughout the entire property. No matter the question or request, the staff handled everything with true professionalism and a genuine desire to make the stay perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are beautifully designed with unique, thoughtful details that make the experience truly memorable. Everything is spotless thanks to the delicate and meticulous cleaning service. The pool area is stunning, and the spa is nothing short of perfection- every little detail has been carefully considered to create a deeply relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel’s Italian restaurant is also a fantastic choice, offering delicious dishes in an elegant setting. Another highlight is the beachfront restaurant, located right by the shore, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. Whether you are simply looking for a peaceful escape or celebrating a truly special occasion, this hotel is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories. There isn’t a single thing I would change. A flawless experience from beginning to end - highly recommended!!

There is no complains, we really had a great time at this hotel and the staff was the nicest and most positive i have met, they greet you like family. For me it is a 100 out of 10. Really great. Service and everything on point. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Looking forward to see you guys next year.

We had a fantastic stay at the Donna Hotel. Literally 0 complaints and this resort was absolutely fabulous. Anna the woman who welcomed us made us feel like we’re home. Gave us a free upgrade without us asking and what a room it was. Dont think you can go wrong with any of the rooms but this one wqs something else. I would recommend paying for an upgrade if you can. Located at the nicest spot in the area with a beautiful little beach where they were mostly just hotel guests. The service was exceptional with multiple people at your disposal at a minutes notice regardless of the time. Donna Hotel has definitely made us a regular customer and we cannot wait to come back.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, great rooms that are perfectly clean, great breaffast! Great location on the little beach and just a short walk to the other beach! And it really apreciated the possibility of late check out without charging! Looking forward to come back!

Our stay at The Donna Portals from March 14 to 16 was truly fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful design and a relaxing atmosphere, but what made it even more special was the incredibly kind and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. Even in March, the hotel was amazing, and we can’t even imagine how incredible it must be in the summer. From the service to the ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Not ideal for off season visits, the restaurant was still closed, there is no whirlpool in the spa even if that is stated on the website its a cold water bath. The staff in the spa was outstanding and the rest of the staff super friendly, breakfast is in my opinion too expensive and there where no preferences asked so we received a huge plate of meat which we dont eat
