Premier Inn Porthmadog

Breakfast not the best luke warm very little choice, Staff are absolutely shocking don't tell you information like you have yo book a table for dinner, then no tables for just drinks staff rude only good thing is the room..................

For the price I cannot recommend-poor check in, not enough parking,rude staff, very average breakfast, nearly non existent wi-fi, I personally do not like the 'the room only gets cleaned if you ask' feature. On the plus-nice clean room and the television worked!

Hotel was clean, rooms up to usual Premier Inn standard. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent and food good, this was out third stay and was still a good standard. Just be aware WiFi is not great but adequate. Would (probably will) stay again.

Great hotel, clean and tidy as expected from premier inn. Great location and views. Not enough Parking for the hotel guests. Alternative parking arrangements are 5 mins away in an unsupervised parking area. Hotel itself was really nice and comfortable but my car situation disrupted the night for my family.

Unfortunately this was not our best experience of a Premier inn. We had a number of issues Beds not made despite being requested for 4 of our 5 night stay At breakfast several items not available from both the hot and continental offerings. Not having Porage, Weetabix fresh chopped fruit brown bread. And one day no sossages or black pudding. Not good enough considering the cost of the breakfast in the first place. As far the beds not being made I half expected to be handed a vacuum cleaner and a mop to finish the servicing of the room. But great views and spacious rooms

I do love a Premier Inn, but the one at Porthmadog might be my favourite. Absolutely worth paying bit more for a view. Stunning walks and right opposite the steam train station. We stayed two nights to pad out a 4 night break further north (Forest Holidays at Beddgelert) which helped make a family holiday more affordable.
