AN EXPENSIVE ITEM WAS STOLEN I had a terrible experience with this hotel at the end of my trip. Firstly, the hotel is really small, smaller than the pictures they show, our room was really tiny. But we decided to ignore that and have a good stay. There’s no parking spots near the hotel, so we had to park 8 minutes (walking) away from the hotel. At the end of our staying, when we were doing the check out we had to leave the bags in the reception because we couldn’t walk 8 minutes with bags and with 38 degrees weather. When we returned an item was missing. This was the only stop I made before going home. It’s a car trip, no one had access besides the staff in the hotel or other clients. I was informed they don’t have cameras in the reception area. I was even poorly treated by a staff member named Giovanna, she completely disregarded the situation and said basically it was a “me” problem. And there’s nothing she could do. This can’t be standard procedure in a hotel. Me, as a paying customer I expect at least some care and respect towards my money and my belongings, your employee simply told me “it’s impossible” as if things like this never happen, I expected her at least to tell me she would look into it and disregard my issue completely. This was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this hotel or this service to anyone else unless they want to be treated unfairly. Regards , Luzia Ferreira.
