Reference Oasis Parque villa 149 (AT09) This villa was booked through company Go4Algarve, it was not cheap but based on the description and photographs we decided to push the boat out. Go4Algarve claimed that the villa was recently fully refurbished, this was untrue and potentially dishonest. The villa had not been refurbished for many years if ever. Photographs displayed on Go4algarves website do not reflect the state of this property. There where several safety issues with the property, the edges of the pool steps were ultra sharp where the plastic trims had fallen off, serious injury would be the outcome if someone slipped or jumped in the pool and contacted the sharp edges. Other safety issues are sharp edges around a broken parasol base, sharp edges on the main balcony, and broken tiles around the pool area, dangerous wiring in two bathrooms (See Photos and photo on Go4algarve website) This place is currently not suitable for children and should be closed until the safety issues have been resolved. The villa can only be described as dirty / disgusting beyond belief, mattresses were covered in urine stains, lovely thought when your trying to go to sleep. Furniture covered in stains, barbecue to dirty to use. Sun loungers extremely dirty, not cleaned in months, rubbish left piled in garden, the list goes on (See Photos). Go4Algave have now updated the villa description, if you have already booked this property seriously think about cancelling or demand an alternative property. The villa needs ££££££ spending to bring up to an acceptable standard.

This is one brilliant resort if you're looking for great facilities , quiet space for the family and convenient location to travel around the Algarve. We spent a week in a lovely, freshly renovated pool side apartment that was on top floor overlooking pool and tennis courts. For family of 4 there was plenty of room and two sunny balconies were a bonus ,not too mention 2 bathrooms so we could spare one for the teenagers. Facilities in the complex are top notch, indoor pool and Jacuzzi were brilliant some days with changing weather .Tennis courts free to use and not too busy . No hassle on site parking, great value on site cafe serving delicious food and smoothies. We've been recommended Friday buffet and it didn't disappoint indeed. Place is about 3 min drive to Aqua shopping center where you can shop till 11pm . Good few local places to eat available near by and so are supermarkets . Car is a must unless you are happy with public transport - some stops nearby. Praia the Rocha and Alvor beach are max 10 min drive , cost of uber negligible given the convenience of facilities and spacious apartment . We easily used the car to get to Lagos, Zoomarine , Ferragudo , Silves etc. It's stone throw from the main motorway along the coast. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back if in Portimao again.

Lovley quite resort, very secure for families with young children as key cards needed to gain access to pool and park area. Booked accommodation through Go4algarve the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed, beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend !!

I loved staying at this resort. I booked through @go4algarve and Tina was amazing, so helpful . Really lovely accommodation and very clean, everything I needed. Getting ready to book again! Would defo recommend.

We stayed in an AirBnB rental in Oasis Parque, and thought the development was wonderful. The indoor pool (in February/March) is big, warm, and clean. The adjacent cafe is staffed by friendly ladies and offers good food at excellent prices. Highly recommend.

Rented a 4 bed villa with pool advertised as villa AT09 through a company called Alantina- Algarve ltd for one week . The villa is number 146 and is approx 20 years old and has probably had little to no maintenance during this period, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property and to describe it as tired would be an understatement. The property has problems with damp penetration and interior walls are damp and have plaster flaking off , areas of the garden were littered with old broken patio furniture and there was a dirty grime mark around the perimeter of the swimming pool also there was a large parasol that was almost unusable as it had been repaired with tape etc and was falling apart. Another problem was the condition of the interior furniture with the usual problem of omitting body odour and stains to sofas and soft furnishings due to lack of care and maintenance . On mentioning these problems to the property manager he agreed wholeheartedly that the property was below standard but said that the owner was not interested in spending any money and just wanted to let as much as possible and the owner of the rental company Tina fielding refused to reimburse any money to compensate and denied any problems

Wij huurden oasis parque 187 van een nederlandse eigenaresse via *********** een geweldige plek vlakbij het zwembad en de receptie. Keurig schoon en prachtige nieuwe groene keuken. Het huis is te huur zonder eten en drinken Eigen prive tuin, bij het zwembad geen handdoekje leggen nodig , er is altijd plaats
