I booked a king room with 1 bed was put in a room with 2 queens. Carpets stained, one bed was broken and wobbled, some dirty/stained towels, some dirty pillow cases. Out dated, some holes in walls close to ceiling and some around electric outlets, carpets in hallways also heavily stained. One elevator in middle, free parking, and the staff I ran into were all very friendly. No breakfast or other food but did have coffee in the morning. Decent view of bridge from front parking lot and I imagine the rooms on the North side of the building. My room was on the south side and was a view of an empty lot and some businesses.

Very clean, attrattive; friendly staff and by far best full breakfast buffet I've had in a hotel. Pool looked great! Indoor parking. Rollaway for fifth person. The price was reasonable. Having to use minimum 200 lettrrs invites a lot of BS like this

Watch out. Hotel has undisclosed fees at book-in and the rooms don't look as good as the pictures. Only convenience item was cheap shampoo. Huge cobweb above my bed. Additional info I found out a week after being there - Your credit information is not safe with them. I also found out they used my credit card information to sign me up for services I did not authorize.

Reviews are confusing. Just in case, I brought cleaning and sanitation supplies. Never used them. Had no issue with transients at all. One neighbor was smoking ****, but no big deal. Hotel almost great. Bathroom was amazing, 5 stars, spotless. Bedroom was 5 stars. Living room: One chair was stained, couch had been used. 2 giant Tvs, one got many channels, one got 1 channel. Carpet was clean, no stains, closet good. My recommendations to bring it to level 5: a clock in the room, clean the chair, add some lighting in living room table area, facial tissue, fix that tv, map of facility or booklet showing area stuff, hotel details, that sort of thing. We were there for a serious thing so not able to "enjoy" like we normally might, but it met most of our needs. Staff friendly, unobtrusive.

Was here on business travel and had a great stay. Room was very comfortable with nice amenities. Forgot a charger but the clock had a charger built in. Valet was prompt and veg friendly especially Arash.

The room was filthy. Floor was stained from one end to the other (there were chunks in a couple of places I didn't really want to investigate). The towels in the bathroom looked as though they'd simply been refolded, not replaced. The heater/air conditioner was so gross....full of grease and dirt and dust....that I wouldn't turn it on. Temp in the room was probably in the 40's or low 50's. The lamp shade was broken and there was an inch of dust near the bulbs. The bed had a duvet with (I measured it) a 1/4" blanket and I put something over the pillow case because the sheets were stained. NEVER staying in those rooms again!

Amazing staffs! Super clean and comfortable! Love just how comfortable the bed is and staffs did whatever they could to make our stays goes well and comfortable will definitely come back again! Kudos to the manager as well

I’ve stayed at a lot of roadway inns and this was better than most of them. The only downside is that their house keepers do not make sure that the room is in good condition for guests. The TVs did not work, the lamp on the nightstand was unplugged, all of the lights above the vanity in the bathroom were dead, there was no shower curtain liner and when I went to look for the coffee for the coffee maker apparently the housekeeper thought it was a good idea to stick everything into the ice bucket. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ The staff is super nice and helpful, the suite was larger than I expected with a separate living room. Comfy beds, clean room. It would be nice if the bath towels were larger.

This is our third stay here this year and every time we have come back the staff has been so friendly and inviting. Michelle was especially courteous and attentive to everyone in the lobby and calling in. The rooms have been clean, cool and comfortable. They were very understanding when we needed alternative checkout arrangements.
